Thats sad a horrible story :/ . Well Tigers are tied 2-2 with the yanks. I hope that they can pull It off. Atleast my favorite player Miguel Is puttin us up on the board. Well LETS GO TIGERS! I heard that on ESPN the day after it hapened. Horrible. |

I think it might be time to get Bartolo Colon in there for some long relief....it's clear Hughes has got nothing today and he's already got 69 pitches in the 3rd inning with only 1 out and we are losing 5-2.

What the hell's up with Hughes today? He just doesn't have it today,......hopefully Girardi gets him out of there soon because it's only a matter of time before he gives up another home run today. Already given up 2 of them. Yanks are hitting the ball really well today....if they get Hughes out of there and get somebody in who can hold the score, with the Yankees still having the 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th at least to bat....Yanks still have PLENTY of time to win as long as they put in a pitcher who can stop the bleeding. |

I believe it's all mental....he got that HR in the first game and that totally changed his mindset than previous years where he would start out 0-4,8,12,16 and then he and everyone just starts thinking "oh here we go again". |

Yeah, we traded Ohlendorf and I believe Tabata also for Nady and Damaso Marte. Totally worth it for the Yankees based on the fact that in the 2009 World Series Marte struck out Ryan Howard like 15 times and Ryan Howard doing NOTHING the entire World Series was really key in the Yankees being able to win. |

Ohlendorf on the other hand...he was ok the year we got him. Last season though...all I'll say is 1-11. Haha. |
