Such a great gimmick. I was really looking forward to this. It worked and then they just completely missed the goal with it.

He debued and they didnt even use the gimmick. They used it very briefly. But the way they used it didn't amount to much. He talked Brian Kendrick into streaking and did one or two other things and that was pretty much it. He was paired for a week or two with Piper and it was over.

He's an MMA fighter now. Not really that good. Butterbean beat him in an MMA fight. BUTTERBEAN, a boxer, not an MMA figher. O'Haire should be shamed for the rest of his life to loose to butterball

He had a great look & the size WWE loves, he was a good worker with some flashy high spots for a guy his size, plus he was getting the star rub by being associated with Piper.
I honestly thought he was going to be a major player & then nothing

To be honest I never liked Sean O'Haire, I could never see anything in him.

I think if they would have continued with the mind games gimmick with O'Haire, he would eventually have had to begin doing the promos for it on live shows, in front of live audiences... instead of just doing taped segments backstage and that would be the point where O'Haire would have fallen flat on his face.
I bet it took 50 takes a piece and 8 hours of editing for every single one of those vingettes he did.
I liked his in-ring style and he had the best look in wrestling around that period... and the WWE LOVES big guys with awesome looks... so there had to have been something incredibly wrong with him that shined through for them not to take advantage of what he had.
...And whatever that thing was, it stopped him from becoming a massively successful main event superstar.
$10 says he's dead by the time he's 40. Any takers?
