![]() [/img]Out of all the legends released who would like another version of? either repaints or simply with different accessories/attire. We all can agree on a Camo Sgt Slaughter and a barefoot Snuka but are there any others you would like? I would like 1. a Nikolai Volkoff with his red turtleneck and USSR on it 2. a mullet Rick Rude with different trunks 3. a jake the snake with green pants and a purple snake with damien or maybe the wrestlemania 3 black pants with silver snakes 4. a Macho man with red trunks and a robe with a headband. any others? |

We have a Mach with red trunks. Or at least red/orange. I would suspect we'll get a new color with a robe and headband soon. Jake already has two figures, and he isn't a big seller like Mach and Warrior, so I don't see him getting another. Volkoff doesn't sell, so he won't get another. And I'm not sure if Rude ever had mullet  I know he had long hair, just not sure if he had a mullet. Also, Rude won't get another release any time soon. I could see another eventually for him and Jake. Definately one for Macho Man. Not so much for Volkoff. |

well maybe not a traditional Wayne Gretzky mullet but pretty close. I skipped a lot of the legends so far hoping Mattel releases other versions of them, I skipped the Jake the snake because I am holding out for another version instead of the 90s one and I would have bought the All stars one but I never heard of the other guy in the pack, same with the Macho Man all star but I didn't want to buy it because I didn't want to spend money on a figure I don't want. I am hoping that we get several versions of the legends and not just Warrior and Macho man, Nikolai Volkoff is a big favourite of mine and I would love another version, true the two packs unfortunately didn't sell well but last time I checked there are 100 DM Macho Man figs warming the shelves at the targets and toys r us' all around my town.

LOD in the famous red pads is the main one.
The Rock based on his 2003 look.
Stone Cold with a smiling/laughing headsculpt and red or gold themed kneebraces/vest design (from 2001), and the Smokin' Skull belt (which he didn't use in 2001, but still... Could come with an Attitude WWF title instead)
British Bulldog with the long braids
1991 Sgt Slaughter
Also: 1999 The Rock that's a bit of a mish-mash of inaccurate attire/accessories like the Legends 3 figure was. Trunks -- same as the EG but red outline. Long sideburns. Blue Bull logo t-shirt. Elbow pads with The Rock logo.

I don't know what you mean by jake roberts not being a big seller. The guy had a feud with Hulk Hogan cut off because he was receiving more cheers than Hogan. His Legends 2 figure was hard to find, for me at least, at retail and is sold out on most online retailers. I would say other than Legends 1 Stone Cold and Legends 3 Rock, that Jake is the hardest to find. I will buy any jake figure that mattel decides to make.
I would like to see Warrior and Macho in many more attires. Legion of Doom with red gear is also a must have. I was disappointed that the Bulldog Legends 3 figure didn't have the braided hair.

I didn't say Jake wasn't a big seller, I was saying that the DM Savage isn't selling where I am. There are tons of them everywhere. But in saying that I think its a great figure, I think Mattel should short pack some repaints and different versions of the wrestlers already released thats all, Another Jake Roberts, Rick Rude, Nikolai Volkoff and so on wouldn't hurt would it? I understand the stone colds and the Warriors are Mattel's bread and butter for the legends line and they are for sure sellers but getting different versions of other legends maybe short packed would be great. I don't know maybe I am alone here but 10 different Stone Colds and Warriors doesn't do me any good, once I have about 2 of them I will be bored and I will want some versions of other wrestlers. The red Legion of doom, Camo Sgt Slaughter and a barefoot snuka are almost a certainty I am just hoping they revisit other legends with different attires and looks thats all.

DEFINITELY the red and black LOD look!
i'd say Bulldog wit hthe braided hair,but i suspect (if the line lasts long enough) we'll be getting a Defining Moments Bulldog from SummerSlam 92 with this look and the Union Jack sequined cape...

Camo Sgt. Slaughter would be nice because Mattel would nail the look on point. But if I had to pick one repaint it would be a dreaded hair British Bulldog, along with the Union Jack Flag.
