Hey Guys, So i'm at my local wal-mart today, (crappy wwe merch as always!), We so some shopping, going to checkout, and my whole family was SHOCKED to see none other then "The Russian Bear" Ivan Koloff !!! So That was the first Legendery Wrestler that i've ever met, I got a autograph, a pic and a legends of wrestling figure, Interesting note that he said he might be going down to orlando for mania this year when we were discussing that. Also he noticed that he has been under a jakks contract for years but still hasn't had a figure of him made even though he's been payed for the past few years Below is a picture of me and him in typical wrestling attire, Shirt, Jeans and The ever inportant, FANNY PACK!

Was he signing autographs at the store or just shopping? I'm confused...

It's not every day you bump into someone at Wal-Mart that once beat Bruno Sammartino for the title in Madison Square Garden, that's for sure. Sounds like you had an awesome experience.

Think about it, would he go shopping wearing a wrestling belt and carrying his own figures around for sale with him?

Think about it, would he go shopping wearing a wrestling belt and carrying his own figures around for sale with him? Knowing people in wrestling these days, yes, I could see that happening. But he never explained in his post whether or not it was a signing.

He used to sign a good bit at our Walmart. Jimmy Valiant did too.
I haven't seen any of them do it in a while, but it was cool... Though if you want to see Jimmy Valiant hocking his wares, he's really not hard to find.
