The Rock/Stone Cold Steve Austin sega was gold. Quite possibly one of the greatest feuds ever in the WWE.

Gotta go w/ Hart/Michaels because it was real so the tension you felt was just incredible because you knew they really wanted to tear each other apart.

Austin/Rock was a big part of my years watching wrestling, so I'll go with that fued. Hart/HBK was great, as well.

My two favorite feuds of all time. I can't pick.
Though if you mean what out of the two pairs was better I'd say Stone Cold & The Rock for business and Shawn Michaels & Bret Hart as wrestlers.

They both were great feuds, both feuded during the mid card as well as main eventers.
SC & The Rock will win only because there are a lot of kids on this site, but it's hard to make an argument against them.

Bret Hart & Shawn Michaels.
Why? Because, in my opinion: Wrestling > Entertainment

Rock/Austin
I'm more into the Attitude Era style than the classic stuff. The entertainment in the Rock/Austin feuds will never be matched.

Stone Cold vs. The Rock.
They had better matches together and the feud over a span of several years was much more entertaining and filling (with the ending at WM19) than Bret/Shawn. Austin/Rock had incredible chemistry with one another and always brought the best out in each other. Easily one of the top five greatest feuds in WWF/E history based off of the booking between the two, the timing leading up to and throughout their feud and their dedication to making each other look better than their previous match.
HBK/Bret could have been a great feud comparable to Austin/Rock but their egos and dislike for one another ultimately stood in the way. Their timing was off as well in terms of development with Bret as the established main eventer before Michaels was even done with the Intercontinental title. That was only a small part of the problem, though, as booking/scheduling prevented them from crossing paths earlier than they did. Bret/Diesel in or Diesel/HBK in '95 could have turned into HBK/Bret, but the true beginning to their feud wouldn't begin until months later. Bret's taking time off throughout most of 1996 also left the company wide open for Shawn's taking, so that when Bret eventually returned, HBK's ego was sky-high and the animosity between the two grew even more.
Had Bret not left the WWF after Survivor Series 1997, I believe the two could have put on other matches that might have been better than their last two, but honestly, their only REALLY good match was back in 1992, five years prior to that. They never had an Austin/Rock chemistry together in the ring but their promos in 1997 against one another were probably as good if not better than anything Austin/Rock ever did together.
You could also say Austin played a major role in the halt of the HBK/Bret feud but without that, we would have never gotten the classic matches and storyline of Austin vs. Bret, Austin vs. Hart Foundation, which eclipsed anything HBK/Bret could've done, in my opinion. I also enjoy Austin/HBK matches from 1997 and their 'Mania match better than HBK/Bret together, but Hart and Michaels were the top two stars throughout the mid-90s WWF scene, so it's acceptable that they're often grouped together (like Cena/Batista will be years from now).

HBK/Hart really really still dispise eachother in real life. Rock/Austin were probably 'friends' off camera.
What about Austin/Hart ?..... it was gold too and really launched Austin's career

Austin Rock, i only seen bits of the Hart Michaels feud and what i've seen is good, but after the WM19 match between Austin and Rock i will always go that way.
