Hi, I bought this figure many years ago, but I'm not sure who it is or who makes them, the wrestlers outfit makes me think its Mexican, although there is Japanease or Chinease writing on the back of it's right leg, which I guess would be the companies name? Heres a picture.  It had a little championship belt front that came with it, which would be pushed into the hole on its belt. |

I wanted to lookup the manufacturer, but can't exactly see what the 2nd character at the copyright is... sorry.
My guess would be it's a villain from the Tiger Mask anime.

This character is one of the Shockers from Kamen Rider, the old Japanese superhero show. The Shockers were the goons who got beat up all the time. They're not wrestling related, however some of the Shockers wore championship belts. A lot like the Tiger Mask series, Kamen Rider was inspired by wrestling and vice-versa. Here's a pic:  |
