F4WOnline.com is reporting that Mick Foley is set to make his return to TNA Impact at next week's tapings. Although Foley did state on Twitter that he would like to have attended Raw on Monday night to celebrate The Rock's birthday, and it was reportedly ok with TNA officials, it's being said that WWE declined.

Not surprised one bit that WWE declined it. But, maybe when Foley's contract runs out he'll make a return?

It would be one of their top stars appearing on the top rated Wrestling show in the world, with The rock no less, then right after that being back on their show. All that would be is a little extra exposure |

do not see how it was smart... but ok... Letting him moonlight between two major promotions implies cross promotion, and that they are working together. Not to mention the fact that the entire wrestling world still views Foley as a WWE guy. It's practically free endorsement. |

do not see how it was smart... but ok... It doesn't look good for business if you used the "rival" promotions superstar on your flagship show. Plus it'd give TNA a chance to be all like "WWE had to use one of our stars to gain ratings. |
