The title says it, Do you dream of being a pro wrestler?
I do, I hope one day I can be in a company like RoH, Tna or WWE. There is a wrestling school right near me, so as soon as I'm 16 I'm going to start going there and hopefully I can get a contract from a company.
Props to them for being able to do it, but IMO the cons definitely outweigh the pros. I don't like the idea of my body being all broken down by 40 or so. Something like a manager would be awesome though. Right in the action, bit of fame, cutting promos. All the best bits of pro wrestling without the actual... wrestling.
I did from about age 10-13. After that I realized I was just fine being a fan, and had no desire to actually do it, and knew realistically I wouldn't really be able to anyway.

I haven't. I never actually considered being a wrestler. I have had dreams about watching people I know personally wrestle in a WWE ring though. I have also had dreams about hanging out with wrestlers too. And about action figures. lol.

I did. I tried too. But I failed.
I think it was all for the better. I haven't watched wrestling since Eddie died.
It is not necessary to believe in God to be a good person. In a way, the traditional notion of God is outdated. One can be spiritual but not religious. Some of the best people in history did not believe in God, while some of the worst deeds were done in his name.
I use to from like when I was a kid till about 15. Now, I really dont even watch tv let alone bother with wrestling. Sometimes I still think of the days of wrestling on the trampoline with my friends but eh...it wasnt realistic but if I was ever offered a job writing creatively for wwe, I would jump at it.

I started training in 2006, and finished about half of training, when I realized I physically could not wrestle. I finished training as a referee. I've refereed on like 2 shows, when I was at a show anyways and they needed a referee. I had an offer to go out to CZW and referee for them, which would be awesome to say "I worked in the ECW Arena" but nothing ever materialized from it.
Stubbornness is perseverance refined. So you have to watch what you say around stubborn people
I would love to, even if it was for a few matches, but paying $3000 for wrestling school and wrestling for $50/match isnt a very wise investment.
Let me talk to ya! Retros Zombie Sailor Toys: Heels & Faces Chella: Wrestling Megastars Hastel: Grapplers & Gimmicks Rush: Ring Masters KWK: Kayfabe Heroes Championship Wrestling Figures
I would love to be a wrestler. But i know i am out of shape and would not last very long.
I saved up some money when i was in high school for wrestling school. But i gave up the dream because i thought my football career was going to take off.Never did though.

If you're getting $50 a match, you're probably killing it for a guy straight out of wrestling school.
I'm like everyone else here. I went through a phase as a kid where I dreamed about being a wrestler. Then I realized how silly and unrealistic that really was.

well, ive been wrestling (amature) since i was 5 and i've won 5 state championships in my 9 years and i have some other pretty good acomplishments so ya, i really do want to be a pro wrestler but like some people have said "so do all young wrestling fans" and "i used to, but now i realise how unrealistic that dream was" so, "im not gonna quit my dayjob"...
