Has anyone seem the huge differences between the fans.
Watching several clips from the past I've always noticed WCW had more of the hick, country fans where as WWF had more so of a...Whats the world...Mix?
It was just so amazing to see the differences

Yes I have seen the huge differences. The WCW fans didn't seem to be as tough of a crowd and they seemed to be more layed back.

Yep. WWF had a mixture of everything, WCW tended to be more white and hickish most the time, and ECW tended to look like a bunch of drunks without jobs.

wcw was more southern based wrestling like the NWA, WWF was more glitz and glammer like new york so they attracted alot of mixtures, ECW was just crazy and they attracted more of a rock crowd

WCW did have the hicks as they were based down South but yeah the ECW crowd looked like they were going to a rock festival rather than a wrestling show

Depending on what era of WCW you're watching -- say 1992 through 1995, pre-Nitro -- they also had a gigantic number of freebies given away for TV tapings. So a lot of the fans that look bored, don't cheer, etc. might have been there just because they got free tickets and had nothing else planned that night, and they might not be really big fans (or even know the wrestlers they're watching).
This was VERY common when they taped shows at Disney, because if I recall correctly, NONE of those fans paid to attend, and a large number of them were recruited by WCW from walking around the theme parks to fill seats at their TV taping, they were given free WCW T-shirts and signs, etc. to help mask the fact that they were basically plants attending the show out of boredom and bribery.
EDIT: Also, during the WCW TV tapings in this era, they would literally tape months of TV shows in a period of a few days. This turned out to be one of WCW's most legendary bad ideas. Not only would the already-quiet crowd get bored as the show went on, but by the time some episodes of WCW TV aired, some of the storylines the show pushed had been dropped, and some of the features wrestlers didn't even work there anymore (This happened with Steve Austin once, and at least a few others).
