His brother, Ricky Steamboat possibly. I don't know any connections he had before around 1988.

dam sure wont be stephanie (if those old rumors were true) but on a serious note the man deserves not only an induction but a dvd set where wrestlers past and present talk of him. Not a match listing type dvd but more of an in depth look on Randy Poffo the human being and working with him and what he meant to the buisness.

Unlike bencw, I WANT to sound like a douchebag. There's already an entire thread about the tragic loss of Randy Savage. There's really no need for a "Who will induct Randy Savage?" thread, a "Will my Savage figure be worth more now?" thread, etc.
He hasn't even been rumored, let alone confirmed for any Hall of Fame. Wait until something is official, before asking these types of questions.

I'd like to see Tito Santana and Ricky Steamboat "tag team" his induction. Then as suggested before have Lanny do his acceptance speech.
I think another logical choice, considering his standing with the company, would be Dusty Rhodes.
Then there is always the possibility his family won't want him inducted
