the paint on the red trunks is too thick and I can see a fair amount of black near the waist band. I think I would have just left them black, with the cloth singlet and all..

The heel look is perfection. For the face look I would go over it once again and cover up that black. If u have painters tape or can get some, it helps if u put some around the waist above the trunks so u can paint freely without worrying about getting any on the skin. I do that all the time.
