Was looking through the tv guide earlier and saw that this will be on tv later tonight (film4 for uk peeps) According to the tv guide its on for 4 hours and 40 minutes (with adverts). Yeah its  ing long lol. Just wondering has anyone every seen it, and is it worth spending almost 5 hours watching it |

It's been sitting on top of my DVD pile for ages now but I haven't actually gotten round to watching it yet, mainly due to its run time haha. guess you have to be in the right frame of mind for it. But yeah, I've heard it's ****ing incredible. Main reason I got it was because the director was supposedly influenced by Alejandro Jodorowsky, who's one of my favourite film makers.
I'd say go for it if the run time doesn't put you off. though I'd love to hear other people's thoughts on it as well.

Im definitely going to try and watch all of it, before i saw the trailer i thought it'd just be a boring love story. but it actually looks pretty cool. I think that if i watch all of it, it's probably going to end up being one of my all time favourite films
According to its wiki page, the 1st cut was 6 hours long
