The camera cuts to Abyss who just defeated Robbie E in a singles match. Abyss starts his promo, until the microphone cuts off…
“Hold. The. Phone!”
A voice is heard throughout the Impact Zone as Abyss drops the mic and the crowd goes silent. The cameras are shuffling and no one is seen.
“Look guys, enough is enough. It’s over now. It’s done.”
The cameras are still shuffling trying to locate where this voice is coming from. Mike Tenay and Tazz are scrambling through their notes, and the production truck is checking cameras from all angles. There is no one to be seen.
“One week ago today….”
Paul Heyman makes himself visible infront of the Dixie Tron, mic in hand and the crowd explodes!
“One week ago today, Mrs. Dixie Carter and myself reached a deal. That deal gave me a couple things, and it’s going to give you guys even more. I just need you guys, all of you fans at home, to tune into Impact next week. You will find out everything you need to know… Continue boys…”
The camera pans back to Abyss whose jaw is dropped, and then to Mike Tenay and Tazz who are also speechless.
A commercial break is taken…

A familiar sounding theme hits and Impact Wrestling’s newest acquisition, Paul Heyman enters the Impact Zone accompanied by Dixie Carter and Mick Foley. The crowd pops hard. The three enter the ring, and Dixie begins…
“First of all, on behalf of myself, Impact Wrestling, our fans here and the ones at home, I would like to thank Paul Heyman for agreeing to be here tonight and for his services in the coming future. This is a very important moment in our history, and I’m glad to be here it share it with you all.”
Dixie hands Heyman the mic and claps along with the fans.
“Thank you very much Mrs. Dixie Carter. It is a privilege to be here in the Impact Zone, and I think it is way over due.”
Heyman pauses for a moment as the crowd cheers, and then gets a very serious look on his face.
“I signed a contract with Dixie Carter two weeks ago that would give me full control over our creative department, partial control over talent relations, and partial talent over executive operations. In the coming weeks you fans will be feeling the effects of all of this. In addition to what you guys feel, our talent will be sharing the same feelings. At this time, I would like everyone in the back to go ahead and come out…”
Impact Wrestling talent starts to fill the area infront of the ring all the way up to the ramp. Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff are in front of all of them.
“First of all, I would like to apologize to you guys. Well, all but 2 of you. I would like to apologize for the way your time has been handled. Things are different now, and I will make sure they stay that way. Now, take a look around. Some of the faces you see beside you will not be here next week. Business is business, and I'm sorry but it has to be done. Moving along, things are about to get pretty intense around here, so get ready. That's all I have for you guys right now."
"As you can see, I have by my side a legendary face in professional wrestling history, Mick Foley. Mick and I are going to be working side by side on this new campaign.
IMPACT WRESTLING... GET READY"
The talent starts filing out to the back and Heyman, Foley and Carter leave as well. Tenay and Tazz cut to a commercial.
