Basically, a figure that isn't present in every case. You have to "chase" after it.

He's not a chase figure. He's part of this stupid new "build a figure" concept. I think whoever decided to do this for the TNA line needs to re-think it. It's very unfair to collectors who collect MOC. I really wanted Traci but I'm not going to buy 2 of every figure because than the opened ones would just be pointless to me.

Traci is the build a figure. Mitchell will be a chase but not super rare by any means.

I think the BAF concept is an awesome way to get managers, women, refs, etc. out there. Now we can get figures that they would not normally make.

I agree that it would suck for a MOC collector being that they would want a full fig on card, but I also think the idea of having the managers, divas, announcers and refs in a BAf mode would be cool to. All I can say is if you get 2 of these figs to have a loose Traci, I'll buy the loose ones from you ;D

Toys aren't made to be collected mint on card. Companies do not release products based on what their MOC collectors would like.
