However, WFE is always ready to bounce back, and in it's place, WFE have announced a series of shows, to take place over the next four months, called "The Memorial Series". Dates of Broadcast are below: October 31st 2006: The Memorial Series: Get Ready For The Future December 10th 2006: The Memorial Series: Ultimate Power January 14th 2007: The Memorial Series: No Turning Back -- Already announced for THE MEMORIAL SERIES: GET READY FOR THE FUTURE is a huge Cruiserweight Scramble match, featuring PAUL LONDON, KID KASH, BILLY KIDMAN, THE HURRICANE, TAJIRI and from Canada, PETEY WILLIAMS. This match will be contested under scramble rules, in which 2 wrestlers may be in the ring at any time, and tags are dealt to opponents on the apron. The match will be for Paul London's Cruiserweight Title. -- Also, the scheduled match for the tag team titles will take place, as CHRIS BENOIT and SHAWN MICHAELS take on what was a Mystery Team...but has now been announced as MNM. -- Plus, a gauntlet match for the United States title, featuring STERLING JAMES KEENAN. -- And last of all, the remaining WFE Title First Round matches will take place... DVD RELEASE PUSHED BACK!
WFE's October 31st rebirth has been pushed back to the 10th of November for those not going live to the event. The online version will not be available either until the tenth, to minimize on spoilers.
Petey Williams Injured!
Petey Williams was involved in a car crash that has left him semi-paralyzed. In the Cruiserweight Open he will be replaced by Chavo Guerrero!
Booker T and Bobby Lashley replaced
Both of these talented workers have been replaced due to filming for the new movie "Dark and Armed with 2 Shotguns" being scheduled on the same day as The Memorial Show: Get Ready For The Future.
In their place, due to the apparent screwing of him by Edge in the previous round, John Cena will get another chance when he takes on BATISTA!
