I really like most of their figures. Their Sting figures were generally great, they made my favorite Bret Hart figure, Hogan wasn't bad (except the headscan), Scott Hall looked great, and Scott Steiner had a pretty good headscan.
BUT what were they thinking with some of their sculpts? Benoit had the flaired out arms, DDP constantly making the diamond, and Rey being stuck with his arms in that weird position (the little black/white Ray that came with Nash)
Did anyone here actually like any of those weird poses?

I wasn't a big fan of some of those poses, but I did enjoy the variety. They were great to play with and some of them came with some neat accessories.

my absolute faves of all time...i could itemize the best of each wrestler. some were lame yes...but some were phenominal. loved the variety and different scale of each too.

i wasn't a big fan of this series, but they did have some really cool stand outs. The first Kevin Nash figure was cool except how the red tassels on his pants stuck straight out. The Bam Bam figure was pretty awesome too, just wish it was a bit bigger.

It's one of my favourite lines. There was a lot of variety in the figures from the roster to the features to the attires and accessories. I've only got a few left now from when I used to collect them but was thinking of getting back in to this line again.

I liked the Benoit (especially the Horsemen set) The first DDP looked good except for the Diamond cutter pose. The second DDP didn't have the action feature but was smaller and wearing glasses. I loved the Steiner figures, but hated that they had huge feet. (Same with the Ring Fighters Hitman)

This is my 3rd favorite line ever.(the first two being bca and orginial ecw figures).The first figure i got from this line was Hollywood Hogan.I bought it from a scalper at the local flea market for $10.00 . My favorite figure from this line would have to be Hak.I marked out at tru when i saw it.

truly my favorite line of wrestling figures from that time. my favorite figure which I still own is the perry saturn figure. in my opinion it had some of the best detail ever for that time.

I would spend countless hours playing with these figures and finding ways to add them into my bca storylines.
I remember going into tru and buying the toybiz Mike awesome and Shane Douglas.They were both big names in my fig fed.
I never found the perry saturn figure.The last time i saw one was at a flea market a few years ago.It was moc and the guy wanted $35.00 for it.
Was the evolution of Sting box set rare? I remember checking several kb toys but never did find it.

I think the Evolution of Sting box sets were pretty rare. The KB Toys near where I lived at the time of it's release had TONS of them, but that was the only store I EVER saw them in.

I'm thinking of getting rid of his dress but I wanna keep the figure complete. does anyone else with a loose saturn fig. have this problem as well? |

iv loved this line since day one but never understood why alot of the figures were out of scale with each other. ddp 2 with the sunglasses looked like beavis and was the size of a star wars figure and kanyon and disco inferno were way too small as well. there were some classics though, the ring masters were an odd gimmick but the figures were amazing, jericho and luger from that series were incredible and the rick steiner was cool too.

I really enjoyed the WCW Toybiz line, even the sucky ones, and I've got to agree with others here in that Saturn was one bad-ass figure - possibly my favorite Toybiz figure of them all. I also couldn't wait for the Four Horsemen boxed set to come out, but was greatly disappointed by the likenesses. Flair looked like a little kid, and Malenko looked like more like Chavo Guerro than Malenko. Only Mongo looked decent. I have to give a big thumbs up to the Evolution of Sting boxed set. I laughed my ass off when I saw that Rey Mysterio Jr. was the "accessory" that came with The Giant! I only wish I was able to pick up the Unleashed and TNT series. Overall, a fantastic bunch of figures!
