Yes but he has put those rumors down and says he will be there. There's still the slim chance he'll hold out for more money to lose his mask. That's the reason both guys and AAA had lawyers check it before the contract was signed. Sure there's always a chance, but as of now, it's a small chance. |

AAA has announced a contest for an open call to be their next luchador. Contest is on 2/25. Open to ages 15-45. You have to submit your character name, probably so they can trademark it.

Quick question, can you folks tell me the differences, if any, between El Santo's outfit and El Hijo del Santo?
Is there currently a Santo in wrestling? Is he like The Phantom where someone keeps the character alive after he dies?

HIS son is called El Santo Jr. who just started working last year. |

I agree that Wagner Jr shouldnt lose to Psycho Clown, but Psycho Clown is actually pretty good, hes definitely grown as a performer since he started getting a singles push. I loved his mask vs hair match with Texano at Triplemania 2 and a half years ago.

Its not like they work for AAA anymore, its not like they're using the names AAA owns AAA's argument is that they are close enough to the names and likenesses of their copyrights, that it's illegal. Never mind that AAA copyrighted the names AFTER the guys left and changed their names. |

Last night at The Crash show, Zorro became part of La Rebelión. Later, Rey Mysterio helped them and he joined too. Blue Demon Jr was offered a spot but he respectfully declined.

I read on luchaworld that the match between Volador Jr and Yoshi-tatsu was one of the worst lucha main events in recent time. I cant wait for luchablog to post it to see how bad it was

Maybe that's why he didn't second. Volador is probably in the top 10 wrestlers in the world right now. |
