Saw it on eBay as well. It's from the JC Penney ring which also came with a bagged Hogan.

Oddly enough a lot of bagged Hasbro figures are popping up on eBay.
Makes you wonder if someone has bought a plastic bag sealing machine.... seems to be a good investment.

I've seen alot of bagged ones lately also. Most of them are re-sealed I'm betting.

Yeah, I had it as a kid. Shame I went through that Black permanent marker "everyone in nWo" period in my life... ruined some valuable figures in that era. Awesome figure and wish I still had it... especially without marker & white-out on it...  - Triple S |

Awesome figure and wish I still had it... especially without marker & white-out on it... - Triple S it's worth only a few bucks without the bag. so not a loss at all in my opinion. i do remember this promotion from a relative who went to this event, but i don't think the prices should bet his outrageous when there is no written proof of this promotion. i have the jcpenny exclusive hasbro ring with hogan and macho and that is the only time i've seen bagged figures other than the three tenors from 1993. |

Ruby Fusion, yes that is a pic from that site. I emailed the seller for additional pics, he never sent them so hopefully the winner doesn't get screwed.
This seller is also trying to pass off a Duggan bootleg for a prototype- again, BUYERS BEWARE!!!
