I was hesitant about Evans, but once I saw the trailers, I'm ok with it. It's not hard for me to pretend the awful Fantastic Four movies don't exist. Marvel hasn't missed yet, and it doesn't look like they are going to miss with Cap either. Beyond excited.

oh its gonna fit perfectly. Marvel Studios hasnt been dropping hints at Cap all through Hulk and IM2 just to fall at the last hurdle. for my money Marvel studios hasnt missed yet.Hulk,IM 1&2 and Thor have all been great.cant wait to see Cap get his well deserved moment in the sun. Actually, Caps shield was in IM 2. yup-thats why I said Marvel Studios had been dropping hints all through Hulk and IM2. |

I've been reading some reviews for this, and this is the best thing I've read:
Joe Johnston said the other day that he wants to make a Winter Soldier movie, which is unfortunate, because it's Joe Johnston, but good because there's not a Marvel movie I want more.

This has a rotten rating on Rotten Tomatoes, but I hope that changes when it is officially released. Really looking forward to this. I've been looking forward to this, but yeah, it hasn't been looking too good on RT. From what I remember, it's "opening" rating was 62% then 69%, now it's at 72%. Still looking forward to it though. |

Just saw it. Didn't really like it. I never really got into the plot and didn't really care much for the characters, found them to be rather cheesy. Just something was off about this movie.

I reaaaalllly don't like action movies...This was a good movie in my book though! I had so much adrenaline pumping through me throughout the film and all I want to do now is go around saving people!

It was alright but did have something off about it. The Avengers trailer after the film was insane though.

FREAKIN' LOVED IT! Man I was so pumped! Movie blew my mind! Did Cap justice. Dang I am beyond stoked for avengers and the rest of the films to come!

I like this movie more than Iron Man 2, but not as much as Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, and Thor. Still, this is a good movie and proably the best they could have done with Captain America. 7/10. The Avengers teaser was fantastic.
