They need to fire all the upper tier talent makin the most AKA ex WWE like Hogan and them. THey serve no purpose. THey are a NOW crowd. Notice how WWE built Cena up for now and tomorrow? That's what TNA needs to do and get people to buy into one younger guy and lift him up and make him the face of the company, Not have Hogan be the face and then in 2 or 3 years when he leaves they have no one.

They pay him far too much money for little to no gain in the ratings. That money could go for bringing in fresh new faces that may help move the company in the right direction for years to come. |

Too bad Spike Executives are the people who ejaculate all over themselves when they see THE Sting, Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair and Eric Bischoff on their Network. I mean, maybe they get rid of Flair, but he's the least of TNA's worries in terms of older stars taking up time. Anyways, cut the following: Bully Raymore entertaining than ever, could be a good main eventer (like hhh?) Mike Tenay no, just no. he's the only voice of tna left along with borash but even hemme is announcing now. Generation ME way to much potential and tallent to let go. Murphy great potential to build a character/persona to be a main guy. Shannon Moore ink inc very entertaining and moore is a good-great x-division athlete SoCal Val why, just why? The Suicide character no major money loss if kaz/daniels continue to double act. Taz no, he provides great commentary with mike.. I don't think Bully Ray matters either way, and he's really just another ex-WWE guy with a good amount of TV time. I mean, he's earned it more than some other talent, but in a dream scenario, I would try to get TNA's identity back to something other than WWE Jr. Keep Ray for Creative, but for me personally, I don't see anything in him that makes me want to keep him wrestling. Hire a new voice or let Borash do it, since backstage Interviews are no more in TNA. Tenay is mostly bad, hasn't seemed to help much in Creative and is another person known for his work from 12-years-ago. The one constant with TNA has been Tenay, and I don't see why hiring a new Announcer who isn't known for time in WCW, or letting Borash do it, is a bad idea. Maybe it's because he's had to call so much crap the past few years, but I'm over Tenay welcoming me to Impact Wrestling, starting with a 10-20 minute promo. GenME won't get cut, but if I had the power, based on their attitudes I've seen off-screen, I would. Same with Mr. Anderson (more-so his on-screen character). They can be and have been good, but in a dream scenario, those three are off my Television screens without a chance of GenME appearing one week to fight for the X-Division. Go back to ROH, wrestle plenty and make a decent earning and help cement ROH as a top Wrestling brand. Murphy a Main Eventer? No. Just, no. There is little potential in Murphy, and he's barley on Television and I think House Shows, so he's an easy choice to cut, unless the idea of a Gunner/Murphy feud is just too tantalizing. Let them do that for a month and at the end, I doubt Murphy has shown anything more, and cut the guy you used as Security. Shannon Moore adds little to TNA and I think Jesse Neal on his own with a manager (maybe his girlfriend) would be better. Moore isn't as "old" as some others in TNA, and he's only 31. However, Moore is horrible on the Mic, isn't the most pleasant to look at and is connected with the Hardys and Helms, which is currently a major downer. I just don't think Shannon Moore is a valuable asset. He isn't being used, anyways, so no need to keep another guy you're not using under contract while in turn holding Neal back because his partner isn't being used. There is no need for SoCal Val. I mean, if you want to cut as many costs as possible, firing people who do almost nothing and get paid for it is a good way to go, and what does she do? Have photos taken of her, hand people Microphones and take ring jackets? Do interviews the day of a PPV for YouTube? Suicide is based off a Video game and the name isn't the best, as evidenced by his logo being listed where his name should be on his Action Figures. He's a character that hasn't been used in a while, so if you're getting by just fine without it now, I think it's safe to say the need for Suicide in TNA isn't all that great. Would it be awful if it stays? No, but I think not having someone named "Suicide" in your company tips the scale in favor of him getting retired. I'll change my mind and say they should keep Taz, even though I would love for heel Don West to return to the Table. If Taz's salary isn't too high, keep him. |

Lorenzo clearly has no idea what he's talking about and rides Hulk Hogan's jock all day. The WCW/AOL-Time Warner argument is flawed. WCW was owned by a corporation for nearly its entire life and it was once of the top wrestling business in the world. What killed WCW was horrible backstage politics and the fact that AOL-Time Warner didn't want wrestling on their programming. Spike, on the other hand, wants TNA on their channel and even wants to go as far as buying them and helping them succeed. Lorenzo is just pissed off that everyone wants Hogan cut. pretty much sums it up. |

I honestly think Spike would do this company wonders since these guys would now get guaranteed contracts and what not. I'm also sure that Spike will do a good job to over see management. As for the main topic of discussion, Hogan needs to go. I'm tired of seeing Hogan cut a promo every  ing week. I get it, TNA has Hulk Hogan, but I don't need to be reminded every week. Hogan hasn't really benefited the company since it hasn't gone anywhere since he stepped in. Simple put at this point, the Team Hogan needs a boot square in the ass. Other guys such as RVD, Anderson, Angle, Sting, keep them. RVD and Angle maybe Ex-WWE guys, but they still got it. Anderson still a young guy, just change his bunghole gimmick and you'll please a lot of fans. Sting can be keep around on the roster as the guy who gives the company prestige, and helps put up-and-coming main eventers over. Aside from that, keep focusing on the X Division, and TNA's set for awhile and could FINAL actually present WWE with competition. |

Names that I would get rid of in TNA if I was running the company.
1. Eric Young-Unless he has power over Spike somehow he should be shown the door and on his way out of the company and go back to Canada where he belongs.
2.Hernandez-I don't know why when he went back to Mexico they brought him back again in such a short time.I look at him and see the same things that I saw in Konnan,a cocky strut without a care in the world and always looking like he won't ever get fired from TNA.Well there's the door Hernandez,you wanna cocky strut,than cocky strut right out of TNA.
3.Crimson-Goine and forgotton in a real hurry.Nobody will really care.
4.The Pope-A waste of time being on their roster he will be shoved on his ass.He was a no draw and basically just a jobber turned mid carder.Boring.
5.Bully Ray-Too old and if Spike is serious enough they will get rid of all the old men's league.This is what's killing their ratings by keeping the old men around.
6.Sting-He is just no good anymore and as a solo he basically sucks.He is nothing without Lex Luger anyway.He was much better when he was a tag team wrestler and much younger,and when he was the Punk Rocker Surf Sting,with the bleach blonde hair.
7.Scott Steiner-When he was with Rick and they were a tag team they were pretty much unbeatable.As a blonde muscled steriod freak he has slowed down in performance,and has just never been the same since.His glory days are way over with,and he is just way past his prime.
8.Orlando Jordan-Like his tag partner he should be gone by the time that Spike takes over and controls the company full time.
9.Shannon Moore-A below mid carder who thinks he belongs in the main events ,he acts as if he was owed being in the main events.There's the door you punk

18.Dixie Carter-Just say goodbye.She should be shown the door in TNA,just because she refuses to fire her employees who need to be shown the door for a very long time,and since she refuses to do just that,she will be shown the door herself.Bye you loser.
19.Jeff Jarrett-Too much of a main stay and a controller in TNA,that pisses off tons of fans,he will no longer have any power whatsoever,once Spike takes over.Bye Jeff what's that you say? But I don't want to be shown the door.TNA is my baby and my home.It is no longer Jeff.Bye.

Names that I would get rid of in TNA if I was running the company. 1. Eric Young-Unless he has power over Spike somehow he should be shown the door and on his way out of the company and go back to Canada where he belongs. 2.Hernandez-I don't know why when he went back to Mexico they brought him back again in such a short time.I look at him and see the same things that I saw in Konnan,a cocky strut without a care in the world and always looking like he won't ever get fired from TNA.Well there's the door Hernandez,you wanna cocky strut,than cocky strut right out of TNA. 3.Crimson-Goine and forgotton in a real hurry.Nobody will really care. 4.The Pope-A waste of time being on their roster he will be shoved on his ass.He was a no draw and basically just a jobber turned mid carder.Boring. 5.Bully Ray-Too old and if Spike is serious enough they will get rid of all the old men's league.This is what's killing their ratings by keeping the old men around. 6.Sting-He is just no good anymore and as a solo he basically sucks.He is nothing without Lex Luger anyway.He was much better when he was a tag team wrestler and much younger,and when he was the Punk Rocker Surf Sting,with the bleach blonde hair. 7.Scott Steiner-When he was with Rick and they were a tag team they were pretty much unbeatable.As a blonde muscled steriod freak he has slowed down in performance,and has just never been the same since.His glory days are way over with,and he is just way past his prime. 8.Orlando Jordan-Like his tag partner he should be gone by the time that Spike takes over and controls the company full time. 9.Shannon Moore-A below mid carder who thinks he belongs in the main events ,he acts as if he was owed being in the main events.There's the door you punk 10.Jesse Neal- A real nobody that also thinks he deserves to be in the main events.I say what have you done Jesse Neal to thaink that you are a main event wrestler? I agree with a lot of the names, but for totally different reasons. You're right that Angelina Love(always couldn't stand that name) and ODB aren't the most gorgeous women, but they get viewers. And as for Miss Tessmacher(also cannot stand that RIPOFF of a name), I don't think she's hot, but she is still learning, so you can start her fresh if there is a reboot. |

There is absolutely no logical reasoning to keep Hulk Hogan around. The ROI doesn't make sense on any level. PPV buys haven't gone up, ratings haven't gone up, and TNA isn't any better off than when Hogan walked through the door. That's it, end of story.
TNA doesn't need to cut 20 guys. They need to evaluate the rate of return for each guy. Hogan makes a x amount, how much does he bring them back. Too many big salaries that don't bring enough in return. Steiner, Flair, Hogan, Bischoff, I mean 5 years from now what will those guys have done for TNA?

The internet would destroy TNA faster than any company could Yes...fire Hogan, Sting, The Dudleys, RVD, The Hardy's, Abyss, Taz, Steiner, Bischoff Mine as well fire Angle & Jarrett while you're at it. Then hire more former WWE jobbers and Indy jobbers. Make Samoa Joe world champ, and have nothing but "X Division" matches on the entire undercard. THAT will bring in more viewers...  When are people going to come to terms with the fact that TNA will NEVER be as big or even close to as big as the WWE. They already have an established fan base, and really aren't picking up anything new. They have a low budget production, with free tickets, and hardly ever travel outside of Florida. They are used as a way for former WWE stars to wind down their careers....or to sit and wait for the WWE to call them back. Or they are used for great indy talents to get on national TV for a few years. Without NAMES, TNA will be even more worthless than some would say it is now. Guys like Hogan, Sting & RVD are HUGE for that company. Without them their top level talents are Kurt Angle & AJ Styles...and I'm sorry but 60-70% of wrestling fans have absolutely zero idea of who AJ Styles even is. TNA's "roster" is too big for such a small produced company. Half the guys are barely on TV anyway. They need to cut some of their dead weight (NOT Hogan, Sting, Bischoff, etc.) and they need to start going on the road MORE. Going back to the 6 sided ring could help too. That was truly a unique concept and made TNA stand out from the competitors. |
