Purely in the ring, Daniel Bryan. He's not quite up to par as a "total package" though, when compared to some others.
As far as the total package, I'd say CM Punk and perhaps Kurt Angle.
As far as the world goes, I truly have no idea. I only pay attention to North American companies, so I couldn't even make an educated guess.

ing good in terms of the total package conversation as well, and I would put AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan in there as top guys in-ring, but just like the pure definition of a 5 tool guy in modern day wrestling I would say no doubt Punk.
