As you know River got relegated this season.
However there is a group of fans that created a movement that basically says "Lets keep the shirt on the premier"
They want the team to wear a black and white shirt instead of the red one so that there wont be any photos or movies of the "glorious" shirt on the second league. They say that the past cant be erased...but the future can.

Pretty cool. I highly doubt it will happen though, but it would be amazing if it did. Fan power if very important out in Argentina so you never know.

thats an amazing idea , Although i shudder to think how long someone like Leeds would be waiting to play in there real jersey again lol

Daft idea if you ask me. The team has obviously not played well enough for the shirt to stay in the top division, so rightly it should be relegated. The season in the second league will be a part of the clubs history, and so is the shirt.

I find it a bit childish. They were relegated, that's gonna go down in their history if they wear their usual colours or not. I think shirt sales would be really low. I mean, if the fans only want them wearing new colours for 1 season, why would they buy a shirt that represents their time in a lower division.
