Impact Wrestling | July 14, 2011 This week's edition of Impact Wrestlingopens with
Eric Bischoff, Hulk Hogan and the rest of Immortal come down to a ballon filled wrestling ring. Eric demands a microphone fromSoCalVal. He starts off by saying that the Destination X PPV sales sucked and he will get rid of the X-Division pretty soon. Secondly,he would liketo announce that at th next PPV: Hardcore Justice, Immortal will introduce a NEW title for Impact Wrestling. Finally, Immortal is once again in control of the TNA World Championship because.....Mr. Anderson has joined Immortal! Out came
Mr. Anderson in a tuxedo sporting the World title around his waist. Anderson got in the ring and shoke hands with everybody in Immortal. The voice of Sting suddenly started chanting A**Hole. Immortal looked around the ring.
Sting eventually revealed his face in the rafters as he told Ken, Terry & Eric that they should not forget about tonight's Main Event: Sting vs. Mr. Anderson for the TNA World Championship. The lights went off and when they came back on, Immortal was nowhere to be seen. Taz & Mike Tenay then cut to our first commercial of the night.

Bobby Roode defeated Samoa Joe & D'Angelo Dinero after Roode hit Dinero with a Clothesline
Following the match,
Samoa Joe took his frustration out on a planted fan. Joe was laying lefts and righs on the young man. Eventually,
Taz had enough and he stepped down from the announce table to stop Joe. Taz whispered something in Joe's ear and they left to go backstage together.
AJ Styles &
Chis Daniels were shown congratulating the NEW X-Division champion,
Brian Kendrick on his championship win. Kendrick told Styles & Daniels that they had an awesome match at Destination X.
Austin Aries then stepped in and told Kendrick that his little title reign is going to come to a quick end. Styles told Aries to back off and then we cut to commercial.

We come back and see Tara talking to her pet Tarantula. Sarita & Rosita then came in and told Tara that she does not have a chance of beating Madison Rayne tonight. Tara then turned around and took her pet out of the cage and turned around with the spider, but Sarita & Rosita ran away.

Matt Morgan defeated Devon after hitting a Carbon Footprint
After the match,
"The Pope" D'Angelo Dinero came down and congratulated Matt Morgan. Devon got into Dinero's face and pushed him back. He left the ring and told his sons not to hang out with The Pope anymore.

Sting vs. Mr. Anderson for the TNA World Championship---Commercial---
Kurt Angle came out to confront the audience. He got a mic and started by saying that at Hardcore Justice he will be getting his World Title shot in a Cage match. He said that at Hardcore Justice he will leave TNA as the TNA World Champion. He said that after the PPV, he will leave Pro Wrestling to start his training for the 2012 Summer Olympics. He explained that during the Olympics, he will represent the United States of America in the Wrestling team. Suddenly, the theme of Immortal hit as
Eric Bishoff came out and told Angle that TNA will have a Retirement Party on the Impact after Hardcore Justice. Angle left the ring, visually upset that Bischoff interrupted him.
We cut backstage to see members of Immortal laid out on the floor in pain. In the middle of the wreck, a black baseball bat was shown covered with red paint.
Tara defeated Madision Rayne after hitting Widow's Peak
After the match,
Sarita & Rosita came down and attacked Tara. Ms. Tessmacher had enough and came down and attacked the Women side of Mexican America. Taz & Mike Tenay then announced that next week we will see:
Ms. Tessmacher & Tara vs. Sarita & Rosita for the TNA Women's Tag Titles.---Commercial---
As we come back, a video package is aired recaping the Sting vs. Immortal feud.
Mr. Anderson defeated Sting to retain the TNA World Title after hitting Sting with a Low-Blow.
The show comes to an end as Mr. Anderson celebrates his win with Eric Bischoff and Hulk Hogan in the middle of the ring.
