If you had experienced a family member or close friend who has/had cancer, you wouldn't have made this the title. It's an interesting pic but you don't just go assuming things like that, gimmick or not.

The woman on the left is photoshopped. Look at the lack of contrast near Taker's head too.
Who knows why people do the weird things they do?
