I love all the unique names for moves you have. That tag match, which was more or less under lucha rules was a lot of fun actually. I know I said that your action wasn't always the focus, but that match actually told a great story and the action flowed really well. Loved Benoit's kick move.
All of the Flair stuff was gold, although I felt bad for him in his match. Still for a two match show, the build up was great and it should be interesting to see where this goes from here. Contendership is really getting shuffled around and it seems like everyone and anyone would stab their own mother in the back to make it to the top.
And will we see a new faction!? Perhaps! I'm interested.
Plus Frank Stallone and the mystery man segment was really well done this time around. Very curious to see where that goes. Loved the tied up scene.
Excellent work all around. There was a time when shows like yours would have frowned upon and I'mn so glad that's not the case anymore. Your storytelling and photography is second to none. Kudos.

Excellent work yet again Ardillita.I hope that I had a little something to do with you picking up picfedding again with that pm I sent you a couple months back. Either way I am so glad to see something different, entertaining and not 'cookie cutter' on the board. The whole vibe to your show that you are nailing is what I think a lot of other picfedders are attempting but missing their goal. Dr. Nash, the Rey Mysterio scenario and the other little nuances really bring out the creativity of your fed and make it a must watch show. Not a 'spot fest', not another 'indy fed' just great storytelling, using guys that we have seen before but in a much different light, excellent presentation all wrapped up in an outstanding package. I dont think you can win new fed of the year since you technically started last year, but you would have my vote for sure.

odb:Glad you love the unique names for the moves, I can imagine the purists cringing when I mix up the moves and their names or just assign them a totally new one. The tag match came out a lot better than I expected actually, but I loved that at the end, I felt it really told its little story, plus right now, it’s the longest segment I’ve done. I know that even if I tried I would not be able to put on the kind of match so many others around here can do so much better, so lots of time I’m just thinking in “comic book” mode, where a few frames can encompass an entire bout. Next show will go back to the 3 match format, and I actually have 2 totally different cards, each of which would take the story in a completely different direction, so I have to come to terms with which will stay and which will go… The contendership is heating up, and it looks like everybody is questioning their true alignments, so much fun. New faction? Very likely, why not? I have seen many other shows that went in a different direction than the classical Pic Fed get frowned, even my first episode if you look back. I remember wondering why some people didn’t like WTF, or cringed watching Pikachu vs. Shamrock, Cena vs. Predator or even better, HBK vs. The Devil! I even recall seeing a match here pitting Pee Wee Herman against Thunderlips. One way or another, episodes of WCM will continue to be pumped out, and right now, I’m happy enough that those commenting are liking it and that I’m being able to take out the shows in a pretty regular schedule, I can’t ask for more. Bigeviljohn:It’s true, you were a big factor in my picking up after Episode 01. I wasn’t really sure the storyline was going where I wanted it too and I was ready to retcon everything and start from scratch, you can imagine how hyped I am from being stuck to getting Episode 05 on the air last night. Episode 01 got me a super cool Sting figure, and the recent shows are getting a nice feedback from those replying, so I’m already a happy camper. Keep enjoying the shows!

It must be Wednesday, because the new comics are on the rack! Oh...this has been out since the 19th. Sorry I somehow missed this, but hopefully I can make it up with this reply. Wow. This Frank Stallone story could be great. I really like the idea of incorporating actors / non-wrestler's into pic fedding. I actually almost had Billy Corgan join Raven's Flock in FIW. I don't know if I told you yet, but I love the concept you have of calling things what they are. You literally call people "Good Guys" and "Bad Guys." The title? You literally call it the Eagle belt. I love that. It just goes along with your whole show, and your Tick style humor, as I like to call it. Also, I just recently read in the chat thread that you have an RA Sting. I really hope to see him in WCM, as it continues with the WCW motif you have with your roster. HA! Mr. Money "found" the Eagle belt. Simply your word choice makes me smile. HOLY! I love seeing that catch on. Man, the monologue of Rey talking to himself as he's being beaten down was really compelling. I could see that scene playing in my head - "Low motion shots of Rey being punched, flash bulbs going off, echoey voice of Rey saying 'Have I forgot the face of my father...'" Great, great stuff. That's one thing I really like about WCM: Like a good comic, it can make you laugh and cry in the same 32 page span. Can I just say, I love mean bad ass Earl Hebner! Haha. Bautista! I did not expect that at all, but I actually like it. Don't get me wrong, Batista the wrestler I do not care for. But Batista the personality I like, and he actually seems pretty unique in the WCW setting of wrestlers. Oh you do not know how much I wanted an epilogue! YAY! The Gangster are back! I know they aren't the Gangsters, but still. Well, I can see they are white too. Haha. Another great episode, and I love that stories are being solidified as it goes on. Your roster is small so I really feel like I know all the characters, which makes it even more fun to watch. Oh, and before I forget, you mentioned the Batman / Spawn comic, which you made a reference to. Well, your reference to it just happened to coincide very closely with Linkara reviewing that exact comic mere days I believe before your episode. You wouldn't happen to be a fan of That Guy With The Glasses or Linkara would you? It just seemed like too much of a coincidence to me. If not, just ignore that. Anyway, I really love what you're doing, and I feel like you have a really good story / product here. This is something I can see myself watching multiple times through. Please keep it going.

Answering to brm is as much fun as writing a show, lol. My laptop keyboard lost a couple of keys and I had to reroute the whole thing, so typing is a bit harder as usual as muscle memory fights reality. We are both comic book fans, though I haven’t bought a comic book in years, I still keep my collection of comics and Wizard magazines, along with my Toyfares, as WCM also owes a lot to the mayhem that is the Twisted Toyfare Theatre. Your reply more than made up for the delay in watching the show man. I finished episode 6 days ago and still haven’t posted it, as I got a bit let down by the few responses, but now I figured I’m already getting replies from most of the fedder I personally respect, admire and follow the most, so it’s quality over quantity! I hope the Frank Stallone story turns out to be a great one, believe me. He is based on some traits and characteristics of a South American comic hero called Rocky Keegan, which was a boxing comic strip I fondly remember. I have 8 40-fig crates piled in my living room storage rack, next to my work desk which transforms into the WCM arena at nights, lol. My goal is to introduce all these 300+ figures to WCM, so you can imagine how messy and wonderfully chaotic it will get! Yeah, I love the simple concepts of Good Guys vs Bad Guys and the Eagle belt, glad you picked up on it. RA Sting wants to get into the show so much! Man, there’s a loooong line of figs that want to get in, but I love to make each new entry something special and not just one more guy going into the 60 man rumble. Regarding the WCW motif, that wasn’t planned, so you will see guys from all over stepping in. What happened is the following. In the last 4-5 years I have received so many figures and all were equally loved, but some stand out, you know, those figs you get and fall in love with forever. For me it was ordering both Best of WCW and ECW One Night Stand from High Spots, and as soon as I got those figs, I always just knew that WCM HAD TO kick off with the WCW figures. I’m glad that it’s working out storywise, at least for now. You will let me know when it starts sucking. Dude you are going to hate me, from the beginning I knew the Bautista segment would play out just like it did, since Episode 01. However, I did have one big doubt when filming, which was: Bautista or Goldberg??? I guess Bautista won… though Goldberg would have opened the doors to so much… MAYHEM! No clue who or what Linkara and That Guy With The Glasses are, but you got me curious. I like that you are as big a fan of WCM as I am of FIW!

Alright I watched this and I have to say it really is sort of a neat idea. The ideas are fresh. The matches are a little too short but I think it sorta plays in with the comic book style. AngryMan is hilarious dare I say he's 4REAL lol. I love the angle that Flair secretly attacked him very sneaky. Would have loved to have seen a longer match Flair and Batista. Fun show and I absolutly love your site its so fresh and clean. Definatly a show to look out for.

Time for another edition of WCM. Oh yeah I have been looking forward to this one seeing that the last episode was great. Frank Stallone in WCM, really? really? really? REALLY? This will be interesting to see where you go with his character, maybe we will see his brother somewhere down the line, maybe on the same show if I was to shut up and just watch it . Another great opening segment "IN THE BAD GUYS LOCKER ROOM" That was typical Chris Jericho, sitting back watching and then waiting to strike. You have caught his character there my friend. (Although I did notice a spelling a mistake but we will be hush hush on that). I like the fact you have different names for the superstars, so instead of Million Dollar man its Mr Money. Brilliant, just adds to the comic book feel, which I love. Ric Flair for champ? I like the sound of that. After the last episode you have to wonder why Rey bought. Great storyline you have going on with an actual comic book character (almost). I don't want it to end, you know when your flicking the pages of the comic and its almost at the conclusion thats how this feels hehe. I alos like the fact you don't have commentary throughout a match but the wrestlers or erm characters say whats going on. What a turn of events with Billy and Mysterio. Anyone would think it would Mysterio who would turn not Billy, nice twist. Hold on though, the match is already over why is Jericho going for the cover? Oh right because its part of the storyline. You may want to point things like that out. it started off as a tag match then ended with about 3 pinfalls. WHAT? Ric Flair as new champ, as I said I like that idea. He will go on to rule WCM. I sort of LOL'd at Earl Hebner getting involved and telling Flair what he thinks of him, brilliant. I mean who is he to make the decision of giving him a substitute guy to wrestle? Seeing Batista and having Batista in the WCM will be great. Looking forward to whatesle you can do with him in WCM ALREADY!!! Look at the old man squirm in the ring after that deadly Batista Bomb. Nice little epilogue you have going on there and now it makes me wonder that little bit more as to who it is they have tied up, but I have my suspicions going by that shot of the back of the head and the grey T Shirt. Great show, looking forward to the next one now.

Catching up on replies! Wooo! easy:Thanks for watching the show, man! Matches get as short as the attention span of the man behind them, lol! Plenty other guys here are awesome at longer matches, so I stick to my niche. Maybe Flair and “Bautista” get a chance at a longer match further down the line. Again, thanks for taking the time to watch and reply, always appreciated! RatedWWEF:Great hearing from you, these are the type of replies that get me throwing new lines and curves into the convoluted plotline of WCM. I had plans for Frank Stallone ever since I bought his action figure, I’m happy the perfect spot opened up for him here. I actually considered giving him his own show once, but I believe his story can play out nicely here. Sly Stallone in WCM, now that would open up the doors to lots of Mayhem! Lol, you have no idea how much I hate catching my misspells once all the editing is done and the pics are online. I like Ric Flair for champ too, but will he make it? Believe it or not, I still have not a clue. I suffer with Rey, man, it’s the type of story line that can go from awesome to absurdly bad in just 2 or 3 frames, it’s like walking on a tight rope with this guy, lol. I think the fact that Rey is dressing up as the Phantom right now makes it easier to see him as a comic book masked hero of sorts. Sorry you got confused with the tag match, I actually checked back wondering if I forgot to omit the “really weird and ever changing rules” that seem to govern WCM, but JR and Mel actually explain it at the beginning of the 3rd segment. Hey, Ref. Heb is the man, he said it himself, he is the <expletive> rulebook! I’m going to avoid you going on a wild goose hunt; I actually used a different figure than the actual person that is tied up! We don’t wanna give away his identity just yet and you guys can identify a figure by just looking at the bottom of his boot! Thanks for the awesome replies and commentary everybody!!!

I should have replied to this sooner. Sorry about that I really enjoyed this. The whole look and feel to the show is unique. You have the comic book format nailed. It must take bloody ages to edit in all the bits to each picture. - I love the fact Hebner called Flair a punk. - "Holy crap on a stick, Bautista!" - Ha! - The epilogue was awesome. Going through the pipes was very creative. Overall, very good show. If you ever want to go the extra mile, you should release this in the format of an actual comic book pdf or something. You've made a fan out of me! Well done.

Dude, better late than ever! Thanks for watching the show and glad you enjoyed it. Editing takes some serious time, but Photoshop Actions really help to speed it up, specially saving the work as images after all the editing is done. I have put thought into the whole comic book pdf thing, just don’t know much (if anything) about it. I’d be the first to want an actual physical copy of one of my episodes, lol! Hope you enjoy the next show, which should go up someday… Actually editing right now and pending the filming and post-edit of 2 matches and it should be a go!

Things are really heating up in this man. I dont know what to say that has not already been said. You have everyones persona done to a T. And you are bringing more people in which is awesome. I can not wait until the champ is crowned.

I'm also late in responding here, too! This is one of the picture feds that's inspired me to try my own, so I want to say thanks for posting such a fun show.
I really like the unique look of your fed! It has such a gritty, Grindhouse feel to it like I'm watching pro-wrestling Fight Club in Sin City. Your roster is a small one but the storylines are so well written that I'm hooked on these characters and they don't feel small at all. Rey's demons are a crazy side story, it's great. I don't think any other fed could get away with having Chris Benoit in it...But it's Chris Angry, someone totally different and it works! I like all these cool twists to familiar faces such as Mr Money, Dr Nash, and (My favorite) Simon Dean the Pusher. Mel Gibson on commentary is just funny as hell! Frank Stallone, that cool dude, looks promising. Even the little interactions with referee Earl Hebner give WCM its own life and flavor.
Visually, the show's gritty style looks cool and the comic format is easy to read. I can see all the work and attention to detail that goes into the backstage area with all the props and backgrounds. It really pays off and draws me into the environment. I look forward to seeing more episodes!

Like Spawn said of Batman’s nerve gas, WCM Episode 05 seems to be the gift that keeps on giving! I’m surprised people are still replying to it, thanks to all! The Last Hero:Always great to hear your comments. Also hoping to see a Champ soon, since I had actually crowned one in Episode 03 but later edited the ending of the show. Looks like both Kidman and Flair are stuck just one step to being the #1 Contender… Micro:Any man that can put Voltron and Cena in the same ring and make them fight for it is a true superstar in my eyes! Plus I love the crowd behind that sig pic. 100% genius and if you ever make a Fed where wrestling stars collide with transformable robots, I will be fan #1. The fact that WCM is inspiring people is both beautiful and disturbing, like watching Silence of the Lamb and saying “This inspires me to be a psychologist!”… or to buy a cook book for making the best dam ankle soup in town. I love it when people refer to the show as “gritty”, totally makes my day. To date, the alley segment with Rey and Simon “The Pusher” Dean is my favorite, the colors are just so vivid! Mel Gibson is one of my favorites to come up with stuff for, and his real life antics sure come in handy! Hope to keep hearing from you and thanks for taking the time to reply!
