Haven't seen match of the day yet so can't say but I was revising for my uni exam and kept checking back on the score. Was unbelievable how the day went. I thought Utd had won it until I read afterwards what happened. Was gutted but well played by City. City played better all season and kinda deserved it. This was a lesson to Utd that they can't just underperform like they did the season before and still win the title. Utd need to bring in some big players and play better to win the title next season. If you look at City's team against Utd theres no comparison. City's team rivals Barca, Real, Bayen. Utd just have strength in depth, they need big players.

United's cost that over a number of seasons, Cities cost that over a summer. United put together a team over years, City went a brought a team in during ONE summer. Without spending that much in a summer would they of beaten united 6-1, would they be anywhere near title contenders....no. And imagine how much crapMan City fans must have gotten living in that City recently, personally I'm sick of seeing United win the title every year and think it's great that the City fans can finally give the United fans a bit of shit. I'd rather we had sides like City getting money and winning the League than United winning the title every single year which is currently the alternative. They aren't cheating anyone by getting this investment it's perfectly within the laws of the game, and the fans who have been loyal to Man City in a city dominated by United deserve it.

With in the laws of the game yes but should be stopped. Transfer budgets and wages should be capped, so if you can afford a player then he has the pick of where to go and not just choose the club offering him 50k more a week.

Think how much i've/we've (B'ham fans) put up from Villa fans over the years, part of the game and you have to take it. Do you think I like it when we were in a relegation battle, being relegated or sat mid table in Division 2 while they fought for a European spot, and got one...no I didn't but it's part of the game and you have to learn to deal with it. Like Man United, Villa have been the successful club of a region for years and rivals (B'ham/Man City) have had to live in the shadows, still no excuse to go and spend well over the odds to knock your rivals off the perch...unfairly.

Do you not feel inspired seeing a side like City beating United to the title that maybe one day Birmingham could do the same. Because without the money clubs like ours are basically going to have to accept that United are going to keep dominating until they do something stupid and mess it up. A game where a bit of money allows new clubs a chance of winning the title is better than the alternative which currently would be, very few clubs ever challenging United. I'd much rather a club who have a loyal fan base and have seen their club in the lower leagues win the title with money than watch a bunch of glory supporters from all over the country, some who have never been to a Man United game, watch 'their club' win the title every year. The City fans deserve the title a lot more than most United fans do because they watched their side beat Gillingham on Penalties in 1999 when they could just as easily have been watching Man United beat Bayern Munich in the Champions League final. They deserve it, and while admittedly there are some decent United fans, many have no link to the club and no genuine reason for supporting them. People watching Manchester United on the television instead of supporting their local team is part of the reason United can assemble a squad that costs about the same as Cities, and personally I think that's a bigger problem than people investing in a football club. I do realize that I'm going to hate City for the same reason in about ten years time but for now it's nice to see them win the title.

City winning the league is a lot of things, but to say it's "unfair" is laughable.

They absolutely earned it, can't question it despite the money spent on the players they still had to play and perform, they beat us twice. Our defence this year was awful which I hope in the hoopla surrounding the central midfield area doesn't get missed, we absolutely need a centre mid but could also use a quality fullback or two. Amazing we got so close to the title but pressure and momentum are amazing elements in sport and at times they felt it, ultimately they got what they earned through pure determination in the end......Bastards.

Financial Fair Play is coming in don't worry. What an end of season thought it was going to end up with Fergie getting lucky but thankfully he never. Would had been better though had Super Mario got the winning goal.

The thing what gets me about this Season, is that over the Years each Season has had something it's remembered for. We had the Season where Keegan did 'that interview', the Arsenal 'Invincibles' Year, the Mourinho 'Special one Press Conference' Season etc, but this Season has literally had everything possible happen, on and off the Pitch.
From the England Captain going to Court for racism, to Gary Speed dying. We had a Player almost die on the Pitch at White Heart Lane, balls that crossed the line and didn't get given, and a load of shocking Ref decisions. We had a Clubs fans protest that they want there Manager out for the whole Season yet he survived and the first Premier League Champions to get relegated got relegated. We had all the Balotelli incidents, Harry Redknapp going to Court for dodgy Tax,and Thierry Henry and Paul Scholes Returning to the Premier League. There was the most expensive Player in the Premier League's history Fernando Torres who couldn't hit a barn door all year, Nicolas Anelka leaving Chelsea to go and become Player-Manager at a Club in China, and a chicken running on the Pitch at Ewood Park. There was the Carlos Tevez saga where he refused to play for the Club, and the Manager said he would never play again. Then there was the Games, Manchester City going to Old Trafford and smashing them 6-1, United beating Arsenal 8-2, Chelsea throwing away a 3-0 lead only for United to come back and draw 3-3. There was Arsenal 5-2 Tottenham, Chelsea 3-5 Arsenal, and Manchester United 4-4 Everton. Even Blackburn winning at Old Trafford. Managers got sacked, we had Merseyside and London Derbies in the FA Cup Semi Finals, Chelsea knocking out Barcelona at the Nou Camp, and who will forget Crouch and Cisse's Goals. Then to top it all off, Manchester City win the Premier League on Goal Difference by coming from behind and scoring in the 92nd and 94th minutes.
When you watch the Premier League Years on Sky Sports you look back at all the memorable moments that stand out over the past Seasons, but this one has literally had it all.

For all the plaudits City are getting I think United deserve a little bit of credit aswell. For me, this is the worst United side I've seen in a long time..yet they only lost out on GD and they lost it with a Record points total for a team that didn't win it. They've got too many inconsistent players.. Nani, Young, Welbeck are the main culprits. If they could add an attacking midfielder during the summer and maybe another striker to replace Berbatov then they won't be as far away next season as most are suggesting. For City.. Great for them.. You know when you play Fifa or Pro Evo and you build a team full of stars..they've brought that to reality. When I look at their team tho , I don't see too many places they could improve. Every position is filled with an awesome player individually. They could however , improve the squad as a whole and have better strength in depth..but it's hard to keep so many stars happy when there's only 11 places to start. Interesting season next season , I'm predicting another City-United 1-2 but I don't Know who'll win it. Chelsea should keep Di Matteo IMO , I think he's done enough to earn at least 1 full season to show what he can do. Arsenals hopes all depend on keeping RVP. If he goes it could be a major disaster of a season. Speaking of major disasters... Liverpool hahaha, another lacklustre season ahead for them.
