So as you have noticed the top 4 leagues in Europe (Spain, England, Italy, Germany) have most of their player source from the European medium leagues.
Maybe cause its too risky to get players directly from South America and Africa...and this way those kind of players have time to get to know European football.
For example France is not only a source of French players but also African players. Portugal has been a source of not only portuguese talent but also south american (brazil and argentina mostly).
The same happens with Holland where many scandinavian play and then make the move to England.
Russia, these recent years have had some of the best brazilian talents playing there.
So which of these "medium level" leagues do you think is the one where the top 4 leagues get most quality from?
And if you were a premier league manager which players from those leagues would you sign this year?
