Just saw this on youtube and was wondering if this was a televised house show or something, It's definitely a house show because you can tell from the set up, but theres commentary from Cole and Tazz  |

It's a foreign show so maybe it was aired in that country only or was planned like the one from Australia in 2002.

Yeah, it definitely looks like some overseas tour. They always film those, so I guess they released some of the footage.

Well they sell DVD's showing some of the house shows so im guessing it's footage from one of those

It's a show from Wellington, New Zealand. Most of the overseas are filmed if for no other reason than to have a video package on Raw/Smackdown that says, "Hey, look where we've been recently. People sure do love WWE everywhere."
