I hate relaunches. I hate change! Especially after they start something. They get people all excited about it; it does well in the box office, and sales, but then after a year or so someone decides they think they can do it better, so instead of trying to make a sequel. They think they can re-make a better one. This has happened to much with in the past decade; especially with these comic-movies. It started with The Hulk, and The Incredible Hulk. Though I wasnt fond of The Hulk; I was interested in seeing a sequel, but no... Some idiot thought he could do better and that was just as bad or worse. They are doing the same thing with Spider-man; which will screw it up. Now they are doing the same with Superman. They cant leave well enough alone!!! They are taking the thrill out of watching these movies. I will refuse to see both Spiderman and Superman.

To be fair, it was quite dumb to make a sequel to a movie that hadn't had a sequel in such a long time as they did with Returns. They should have relaunched the series back then as opposed to trying to make a sequel to such an aged series.

DAMN YOU! ![::)](http://www.wrestlingfigs.com/images/rolleyes.gif) Superman Returns sucked, Superman is too hot of a property to NOT do something with, there for, they reboot it in hopes that this outing will be better.

The only thing I didn't like about Superman Returns was Lois Lane. Other than the I thought it was great and I also thought Brandon Routh did an awesome job. However, I'm really looking forward to this new movie and can't wait for it to come out.

Last I heard Nolan was pretty much out. And you heard that where? A buddy of mine mentioned it awhile ago, but I never took it as legit truth. This was a little while ago when there was word that the Superman script was being rushed.

Pretty much the look I was expecting. Very impressed non the less though. I honestly believe that Zack Snyder is the best man to bring Superman to the big screen and make him look cool again. His direction fits with what I believe a Superman film should be. Can't wait to see more. I didn't even know that Man of Steel was in production.

he looks badass. seeing the costume has me excited to all the movie masters figure to my collection. To be honest tho, i am a bit bummed that we are getting the origin story. again. we know the story, make reference to it and move on and give us an epic superman story.
this is the same problem i have with wb saying they want to relaunch batman after the nolan series wraps up next year. its fine to make more bat films, but the first movie will be the origin story again.

I never saw Superman Returns and honestly have no desire to. I did enjoy the Christopher Reeve's Superman films when I was younger though.
I wouldn't mind a new Superman film as long as they stay away from the origin story and Lex Luthor. I want to see Superman fighting in huge battles showcasing awesome power against villains that are equally as powerful and not against some rich guy with kryptonite in his pocket. And if there was ever a super hero that didn't need a retelling of his origin story it's Superman. I don't think that needs to be said.

Not every comic movie has to be action packed to be good. I hate all these movies where there is too much action. Not everything needs to be blow-up, bang-up, shove-it-in-your-face, BS like most movies have been this decade. Sure I like action too, but it they have done too much to where they practically shove in your face. Thats why l liked Superman Returns.

He looks pretty good in the suit.
I might see this in theaters but for now it is obviously too soon to predict yes or no.

I think we will be doing well too man.Im hoping that the origin is kept very short though......I have no desire to see that again. much like Spidey next year actually.
