Thanks to whoever posted last week about the Nexus packs being on MattelShop. I quickly made an order. Gabriel/Young, Otunga/Tarver then added 2 Pack 11 Cody/Drew & Elite 10 Morrison (he was the only E10 left on the site) which brought the total up over $75 thus making me eligible for the $20 off discount. In the end it cost me $64 for the 3 packs & the Morrison. I ordered on the 2nd...they got here on the 8th (yesterday) Great service. Anyway...onto the pics! Otunga/Tarver  Mattel did a nice job on this pack. I wish Tarver had come with a removable bandana, but either way its a great likeness. His attire is nicely detailed and his scan is pretty much spot on. Otunga is awesome. The tights detail is pretty amazing. Gabriel/Young  Another fine effort. Young's hair is perfect. I wish he had kept that look, it was really unique. Gabriel's scan is excellent. Tights are a little plain, but that's how they were. Also...rumors of Mattel using a Cena scan painted darker for Darren Young?  The dream match of the century-  Cody/Drew    I was pleasantly surprised that Drew was in red instead of the original prototype in white. Cody's scan is better painted than any other of his. But his eyes are blue this time unlike his other figures. Kind of weird. Elite 10 Morrison   Nothing really new here, same scan as TLC. Nice detail on his attire and the shirt looks cool. I really love Mattel's shirts, they fit real nice & really make the figures stand out. That's all for now, on the plus I got an email from Mattel with Free Shipping on my next order, so I'm waiting for them to stock something new worthwhile, like Legends 6 or Elite 10 again. Overall a great experience with MattelShop. |

Awesome gets, and a great deal!!! Love the Nexus packs, again, glad to see so many people were able to get them from Mattelshop. I have a strange feeling that retail may skip over them, especially with 2P11 also being out on Mattelshop. It's just been so long since a new 2Pack has hit, I feel like they skipped Series 10.
I guess we'll see. Anyway, enjoy your new figures!!!!!

Awesome figures, I am going to be buying those Nexus 2 packs from my local Walmart this weekend (They have tons) and I can't wait to see that Cody and Drew 2 Pack.

I love MattelShop, and if you are quick enough to get the good stuff before it's gone it's the way to go. Plus, there 20% and free shipping sales are the best.
Great grabs. I only want the Gabriel from the Nexus sets so I will probably end up passing on those all together. I love the Cody and Drew set, I think both those figures are amazing versions of those two guys. Nice grabs, thanks for the pictures.

Love the Morrison! i got him a couple months ago on pre order he is actually my top favorite from E10 considering i never even had a Morrison til then. Anyways, Im not a big fan of the Nexus 2 packs at all. There Basic figures firstly, and next there out dated, and third there such high price everywhere ya look. David Otunga is the only great lookin fig from the bunch and i would rather just wait for a Elite at those sky high prices. Idk how you got 3, 2 packs and a John morrison for $64 when those 2 packs ran like $20 something each?? did you have a promo code or something?? When i looked on there to order my Martel last week the 2 packs were each going for $24 then the elites i think cheapest one was $19.99. So i was just wondering how u saved $30?? would be useful too know for sure. Thanks

The 2 packs on MattelShop are $19.99
Elite 10 Morrison was $15.99
That was $75.96 total. Shipping was $7.99
However the day I ordered, Mattel had a sale for $20 off $75. Which brought the total of items to $55.96 + shipping = $63.95
so basically I paid $15.98 (total) for each thing I ordered.

So it just applied automatically to my purchase. Normally I wouldn't buy Morrison on his own (I like to buy whole sets when I can) but getting him put me over the $75 mark to be able to save $20 instead of $10. |

Yeah, I'm love the Mattelshop.com, only when they don't sell out of the good stuff.
I wouldn't be surprised if Mattel made these a short printed run since 2/3 of the series were basically rookies.
