In the last episode of Beatdown (Night before Freakmania), Victor Krauss went out to introduce Sebastian James and welcome him back to Beatdown with his newly acquired Premiere title when he crossed over to the other brand and defeat Sabin for it. Due to legality issues, Victor Krauss Beatdown's GM was forced to have James vacate the title. One thing led to another as WFCW Beatdown also crowned its first Beatdown Champion, none other than the dethroned Sebastian James.
