the poll is completely pointless since (as has been pointed out many times) you can vote unlimited times for as few or as many choices as you like the results will simply showcase the views of the people who have sat there voting a million times a day and will likely have little relation to the true picture of who is most wanted by the collectors The poll MAY block out repeat votes from the same IP within a 24hr period. At least, I hope it does.

I think people need to support Legends line more and stop bitching that if the one you wanted didnt win you will throw a hissy fit and not bother with any need to get a grip.
I will support and buy all Legends offered to have as full of a wrestling history as I can on my shelf, varity and the figures are quality.
I didnt know George Steele, Mr Wonderful or Hillbilly Jim when they were released but there was alot of fun finding out more about them, watching matches and seeing how they effected wrestling history. Since this line started my wrestling history knowledge has doubled and I knew quite a bit anyway. Its been fun some of you should try it and you may find a new favorite....

Only one I could say I'd buy is DDP, WCW era. Any word on the results at this point?

I voted a million times for the worst figure so that this format fails and they have to reintroduce the Legends back into retail.

Yeah, there is no voting. It's just a sham to make you feel like your voice was heard. Clearly the figures that were already tooled up are the ones they're releasing. Hence the strange candidates winning.
Nobody is voting for freaking King Kong Bundy over DDP.

Have they updated the poll results lately? I haven't been on here much and wanted to see if they'd changed from the initial update. With the exception of Doink and maybe Demolition Crush who look eye-catching enough that they could have gone in the Flashback series, all of these guys are fairly generic in terms of looks so the "who will sell, who won't sell" argument seems kinda pointless. Magnum and DDP [with vest and jeans attire] really don't look that much different and a Barry Windham in black vest, chaps and cowboy hat would stand out more than Savio Vega. Hopefully Mattel doesn't have unrealistic expectations for the figures and they'll keep selling through to ensure we get more Legends. But again, I'm one of those who don't care who makes the cut as I'd buy all of them. See you just said something that made me giggle that shows how people think. One of the main arguments is "They should use guys that have lots of color and detail to stand out more" yet everyone bitches because we dont get DDP. Guess what, look at all the polls where we've voted for DDP attire. Jeans, long hair mullet, rib tape.....Remind me again someone, how is that exactly detailed? Exactly! Its not, everyone that claims that crap is just as guilty as someone saying "I want Magnum" or "I want Tully" You truly dont care what the figure looks like as long as you get the guys you grew up watching.

I would have never voted for DDP in jeans. That's equally stupid. His pre-jean attires is what was awesome. Back when he was feuding with Eddie over the BattleBowl ring and such.

I could give a crapless about DDP and by the hundreds of Jakks DDP figures i seen on shelves , im sure im not the only one.
But If DDP Did Win Over Bundy, and The Voting was Fair , Then good for DDP Fans.... Personally Id Take Bundy Any Day , But if he doesnt get in then C'est la vie, I Think its hilarious how some of the Horsemen Fans and DDP Fans Get so Mad that some people would rather vote for Crush , If you grew up watching crush, you'll vote for crush, if you grew up watching arn, you'll vote for arn, it is what it is, But if spam voting gets us magnum t.a, and he sells like crap, and its the end of the legends, then good on ya ...

I could give a poop less about DDP and by the hundreds of Jakks DDP figures i seen on shelves , im sure im not the only one. What you're not understanding though is everyone (to some extent) is getting "spam voting" on there but people are bitching because its Arn and Tully and not DDP and Doink (examples) How do we know that Arn and Tully arnt actually getting a lot of votes? Same with Magnum? How do we know that just because it says we're voting it doesnt only count once. Nobody from Mattel or Mattycollector has confirmed that. We dont know that but because younger people see they they just automatically assume that the system is being cheated because their guy isnt winning. Believe me, Ive voted my ass off every day for Arn, Tully, Barry, Magnum and Liz but I also know there is someone else that is loading Savio, Doink, Faarooq, DDP and (I think it was Tito) like crazy. Our end vote is going to be more accurate then most people thing. Also Im almost positive if Tully Blanchard gets 10,000 votes, that doesnt mean Mattel is going to make 10,000 figures. We're still going to get whatever number they decide (as an online exclusive I really see 5,000 piece set). Id be willing to bet anything that if the list that was a head a couple weeks ago is made they still sell out of all those figures and Legends continues, whether anyone likes the guys or not.

Oh No, I Understand Quite Well theres a Lot of People Spam Voting The Guys they Want made. I Dont care if Its Arn and Tully in First and Second Or Crush and Doink. All i ever hoped for was that it ended up fair so mattel gets the sales they need to continue. And No offense , But unless Mattel has some kind of I.P counter or whatever, This Vote Will be anything but accurate. I vote once a day if i remember, So Far Ive Heard about 10 People Who voted for Horsemen guys claim they "voted my ass off every day " or something like that. Votings Unlimited, and therefore your more than able and welcome to vote all day every day, But i think If the Results are Skewed , Its not your fault for voting so much , its mattels fault for Leaving it open to vote unlimited.
Obviously when u hear someone say, Im gonna vote 200 times a day for savio vega , you would want to counter that, I Just think people should quit fighting about who should win, theres nothing anyone can say that will change it . But if Mattel Make Someone Because he gets the votes and He Doesnt Sell enough to warrant a second figure.... then we all get the screw
Also Heres an Estimate On Votes, The Voting Poll was open for around 22 days i think.... maybe more , maybe less.... If someone votes 150 times a day, then after 22 days they would have contributed 3,300 votes.....
Personally I Hope this is the last time Mattel gives us an Unlimited Vote Option

I want them to make all 17 of the figs on the list.
I would just rather get some of the guys who are NOT from the old school NWA crew first.
Then again, the voting could be just as fixed as it was on Raw a few months back - technical problems my ass. I guess the Raw Roulette wheel is legit, too? (It is a pretty cool Jakks accesory).

Its not, everyone that claims that crap is just as guilty as someone saying "I want Magnum" or "I want Tully" You truly dont care what the figure looks like as long as you get the guys you grew up watching[/u].[/quote] Exactly, in the end people will want who they grew up watching but it is more likely that people who watched in the 90s are still interested in these figures than people from the 80s. Personally I never grew up watching Arn Anderson, Magnum TA, etc. The four horsemen I`m familiar with is Flair, Benoit, Malenko and Mongo. I know Bundy cause the Million Dollar Man brought him back in the early 90s in the NEW GENERATION era and because of flashback moments shown of his match with Hogan from Wrestlemania 3. I just feel that the older you get the less likely you are to collect. I suspect there are more 20 and 30 year olds than 40 year olds collecting hence the further back you go the less likely you are to have customers. I believe the Legends line suffered at retail from having too many guys from the 80s and not enough from the 90s, and by 90s I don`t just mean Attitude era but also WWF New Generation and WCW/NWO. Jakks line worked better because it started years ago! Even then the first line depicted some people that were more recent like HBK, Undertaker, Bret Hart, HHH, and mixed in Legends like Andre right off the bat. Had Mattel done the same combined with their more accurate sculpts then I believe the line would have been a hit. Looking at the list they have up at Bratty.com I really don`t see the line having too many legs beyond Andre and the Rockers. My hope is now in the Flashback Elites.

Sorry if this is already covered previously, but doesn't the fact that both Arn & Magnum prototypes have popped up online prove that the voting is flawed and these two figures are to be released regardless of the voting outcome?
