Honestly, that can be a big problem. I'm 23 and still go outside a lot, whether it be to run, play something, or just run around with my dog. If it's too difficult to stop, ask your mom to hide your gaming system and help you monitor your TV watching; or if you need to, get rid of your gaming system. It might be hard, but it will help motivate you to go outside more, and help clear your mind easier. Trust me, sitting around on your bum all day is no good. Nobody is naturally an indoors person, it's a choice you have to make.

I have the opposite problem, is skinny as hell but I stay in too much and eat too much junk food lol

Want to lose weight? Call wrestling. If I had been on an healthy diet during the season I could have lost 10 pounds atleast. I lost like 5lbs in two months of practices everyday 5 times a week. Now it's this year, my diet is going to be better and I'm hoping to either go to 145 or 138. But if coach wants me at 152, I'm going to do what he says.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I've been a 14 year old in counseling/psychology sessions, and when I thought that at 14, it couldn't get any worse, it did. 18 was my big low point, and it takes some hardcore drive to get through the worst of times. All the best to you. This... so hard.

I am 15 and two years ago I was in your situation. I have anxiety and had depression. I was very overweight but had tons of friends. One day I just decided to play sports and go outside. I currently work out everyday and am on a diet. The hardest part was starting. It's worth it, I almost have a six pack finally! Keep at it bro.

All the best to you. This isn't nesscesarily the case. No offense intended to SYE, but I had troubles at 14 too (not weight, bullying) and that was pretty much the low point. I'm not trying to put anything down or turn a blind eye to other people's problems, I just wanted to provide a little bit of hope for your situation.

I was actually a really depressed kid at one point. Then I found pro wrestling and i really haven't looked back. Just become more involved with other things.

All the best to you. agreed, the transition from adolescent to adult can be EXTREMELY difficult, and is the usual age where complications first show their face.

Want to lose 15 pounds? cut soda out. period. no soda, at all Yeah, I recently stopped drinking soda, mainly because I lost the liking for it and a few weeks later people kept complimenting me on my weight loss. Had no idea to be honest lol. Stepped on a scale and noticed I went from 175 to 160!

Hey All, I'm kyle and im fourteen. I've been going to a conciler and I wish that I could have my old life back. My mom aswell as my girlfriend(Dating for 11months) , and most of my family wishes i was just happy and did stuff. Back when i was eleven i was never home always with my friends and was always having fun. Now i dont go outside much and I really cant help it. Im usually inside watching tv and playing games. I go to conciling because i have deppresion and anxiety. I just want my normal life i had three years ago. i know its not my girlfriend because this has been going on since 6th grade, this year im going to be a freshman. I'm mainly concerned about my weight. I dont have any packs right now and Im about 155? i want to weigh atleast 140. Any ideas on how to get there? No pills or anything cause im only fourteen. Thanks - Kyle. Just start running 3 times a week. It will help every problem you've listed. It won't fix it, but it will help.
