I know it might sound like the stupidest question, but really, where does all that string hang from? Do you just grab it with your hands (and then who takes the pictures?), or do you use some type of contraption to string all your figs (like them thingies pupetteers use)? How about when you need to pose several figures using string in a single shot? How do you manage all of that?  |

Well I hold the string with my left hand, then take the pics with my right.

Okay, it's a start. ;D So, you can use one hand for the string, another one for the camera, or a tripod, for what it's worth. Now, does anybody use a different method for stringing their figs? Would be interesting to hear if anybody has any "method"...  |

Tie one peice on its head, one on its foot. Thats all i usually do. But it differs on the move.

I have this pvc pipe contraption that i use to string them from.

I believe ZZ has like a broom handle above his arena that he hangs the string from. I tried it, it wasnt for me. I just hold it with one hand and click the cam with another.

Was it with that broom handle? |

I've made a scaffold where arena hang there lights & that's where I tied all the strings that I've used.

wow uhm, you take the string, and you put it around the figures, and you uh...hold it..and take the pic with you other hand. i can get 2 figs in the air with one peice of string, you just have to be smart.
