I walked into a KMart today and saw an employee put out a fresh case of Elite 9. The breakdown was as follows:
Randy Orton x4
MVP x1
Kofi Kingston x1
The Miz x1
Zack Ryder x1
Is Gallows packed 1 every other case? Why were there 4 Ortons and 1 of everyone else? Did anyone else see this problem?

The cases I've seen seem to have at least 2 of the Miz, sometimes I see Gallows sometimes I don't. I would guess that Gallows isn't in current refresher cases, but is still popping up in some stores that are holding older stock.

I saw a fresh case about a week ago at Kmart. There was definitely Miz x 2 but I can't say for sure if I saw Luke there. I've been seeing him a lot lately but I'm not 100% positive he was in the Kmart case.

the fresh case I saw at walmart saturday was similar, except it was Orton x3, miz x2, no gallows
