A touring promotion that pits the top professional wrestlers against each other in a league format to crown the very best in professional wrestling. Other promotions can talk about how 'Wrestling Matters' but this is the only place where it truly counts! THE RULES- Two tours a month (February – June and August to December). - Two to three shows per week. - Twenty Four competitors in the inaugural Singles Division working on a league system. - Top four fight it out on the final show of each tour to crown the tour’s IWL Champion! POINT SCORING3 points for a singles win. 3 points for a tag team win (both men). 5 points for a multi-man match win. Note: Begins January 2011 |

IWL ‘AWAKENING’ TOUR, FIRST COMPETITORS ANNOUNCED7th JANUARY 2011The International Wrestling League is proud to announce our debut tour. IWL will provide the ‘Awakening’ tour from February to June featuring twenty four of the top competitors in professional wrestling all competing for the right to be crowned the inaugural winner of the IWL singles division. WOW thats all I can say. I like the looks of this thusfar. Has an Evolve-type feel to it but looks alot better. All competitors announced are good thus far. Davey and Eddie should be big main stars in this. Hoping PAC represents the UK well. Also pretty cool to see SJK in there. Good luck and keep this up.

All looks good in the hood. Although adding Jacobs and Bohdi reduces the whole athletic side of things. The other guys signed look good, it looks like you got a tag divsion growing as well. Keep this up.

IWL AWAKENING PREVIEW
02/03/11 – Columbus, IndianaThis week begins a new era in professional wrestling as the International Wrestling League kicks off its debut tour in style with two big shows. All twenty four men will step into the ring across the opening two dates in the hope of getting the first points up on the board. First off we arrive in Columbus for the very first night in IWL history. A big night needs a big main event and they won’t come much bigger than two of the most experienced competitors involved in the IWL. Christopher Daniels, a man who has travelled the world and seen it all will take on one of the most experienced, most vicious and most dangerous men in the business, the man beast Rhino! The semi-main event of the night has a much bigger purpose than simply four men looking for points. This tag team match shows that you can’t always rely on the people you trust most if you want to pick up points here in the IWL. For the first time ever Davey Richards, one half of the American Wolves, will team up with a man who can legitimately hurt you, Low-Ki to take on the combination of Big Daddy Voodoo and TARU – the Voodoo Murders. These two don’t care about who they hurt and it will take real teamwork by Richards and Low-Ki to not only pick up points, but maybe just to survive. On top of this everyone else will also be looking to pick up points on the opening night. The other half of the American Wolves Eddie Edwards takes on Super Crazy and in two matches that promise to be hard hitting Brent Albright battles Eddie Kingston and Jimmy Jacobs battles Jon Moxley. All this plus more only on the opening night of the IWL ‘Awakening’ tour. 02/03/11 – Columbus, Indiana

Good card although with a first ever show I do think you should have done a dream match main event. Daniels/Rhino is good but maybe not for a first show. With the tallent you got you could easily put a great first main event on. Some good matches in there though, esp PAC vs. Ricochet which could open the show amazingly.
