Is it just me, or does this just not have the same feel to a normal UFC fight? I don't think I like to be perfectly honest, though I suppose what happens in the Octagon is what really matters so I won't let it phase me to much.
Just the way fox presents it... meh.

i dont like curt menafees presence. i dont like him invading football, i definitely dont like him invading mma. go away curt menafee... and please please please keep joe buck as far away from this fight as humanly possible. i will be extremely disappointed if goldberg and rogan arent calling this.

25 minutes for the fight, 1 minute in between, plus post fight interviews. i also wanna see the walk ins... thus, there needs to be an overrun on this. because the entrances shouldve started about 5 minutes ago, if they wanted to fit the whole thing in before 10.

I actually love the presentation here. I pretty much knew the JUST BLEED fans would be pissed about this. They're bitching all over the UG, lol. Watching the Fox production machine behind the UFC is something I thought I'd never see. The football music, the pre fight analysis, all the vignettes. It really feels like a big deal. And this is what we get EVERY time UFC is on Fox. I love it. |
