Way to let your love for your team ignore the fact that Eli has had to withstand way more this season than Romo, and has made more out of what he was given this season than Romo has..but in the end they're both 8-7 going into a divisional championship game.. I know Romo very well, he's the perfect example of a QB with all the intangibles to lead his team to the promise land. Just hasn't done it. Eli Manning "led his team to a Super Bowl" in one of his worst seasons as a pro. He is having by far the best season of his career this year and his team is not likely to win the Super Bowl. The NFL is a team sport. Now off with this poop. The Superbowl thing isn't even my point..My main point was that he's made more out of this season with his squad than Romo has, in my opinion the Cowboys should be 11-5 right now and already having locked up the division.

The Giants and the Cowboys have pretty much been the same team this season. Eli should have a few more TDs (tied for the lead in dropped passes), but to take anything away from Romo at this point is stupid. Both QBs have carried their team to this point, and anyone taking away anything from either of them is a ing idiot. Giants players who were on PUP list/missed games in 2011 Hakeem Nicks (3), Mario Manningham (6), Victor Cruz (2) Jake Ballard (2, will be 3 today), Justin Tuck (7, you could say the whole season), Prince Amukamara (12), Ahmad Bradshaw (5), Chris Snee (3), Ramses Barden (11), Kenny Phillips (2), Michael Boley (3), Osi Umenyiora (6), Brandon Jacobs (3), David Baas (5), Henry Hynoski (6)..those are just guys that matter by the way. Giants players lost for the season/IR Terrell Thomas, Jonathon Goff, Dominek Hixon, Clint Sintim, Marvin Austin, Chad Jones, Will Beatty, Michael Coe, Justin Tryon, Stacy Andrews, Michael Clayton. No offensive line, no secondary, barely no receivers at times, no run game and Eli drives his team down the field to win games in the fourth quarter (6) times this season, maybe even 8 times if a couple things go his way at the end of the game (drops) Enough said. Carolina has put 6 starters from the defense on IR this season. EVERY team has injuries so off with that as trying to make Manning look better then he his. He is having a really good year but just stop it.

If anything Romo is responsible for the Lions & Jets losses this season, even then that was due to our secondary allowing a lot of points.

You guys lose games because of your injuries, we do to but Eli can give us that edge in the 4th quarter to get us into this position, we'll see what happens tonight.

The argument between Romo/Eli is never ever going to be settled.
Let me put it this way. I would take Romo over Eli on my fantasy team. I would take Eli over Romo on a real football team. That's my opinion, personally.
Both QBs are good-very good QBs in their prime, lets leave it at that.

Mind blowing stat ... In the first 90 years of the NFL ( obviously pre-merger as well) there had only been 22 QBs to ever pass for over 4500 yards. This year alone there was 6. That is crazy and shows you what the NFL has become. Goodell wanted this because offensive numbers means more casual fans and bigger fantasy football numbers. Defense is no more.

The flag on Florence's "hit" on Brady is a disgrace to what NFL has become.

I really hope the Texans can pull out a win somehow.
Definitely do not want to play Pittsburgh in the 2nd round.

You know the Falcons want the Cowboys to win. I'm sure they'd like to play indoors.

Huge fumble recovery by Eli there. That won't really show up too much on the stat sheet, but he really made a huge play by snagging that ball on the fumble.

Can the Cowboys offense make this game more watchable? Please?

It appears both Spagnuolo and Devaney will be fired in the coming days. Really sad, but can't say I blame the Rams after this year's awful season. Spags is a great guy, but he's really not fit for the head coaching position. He'll find a defense coordinator spot for next season, without a doubt.
I have nothing good to say about Devaney. He has been awful during his time here in St. Louis. Hopefully we can find a guy that knows how to build a franchise.
