Just announced on Vitor's website.
I definitely did NOT see that coming, haha.
*EDIT*
Vitor Belfort has been injured and Wanderlei Silva will take spot.

Cung Le is going to be one and done in the UFC. Vitor will knock him out within 2 minutes.

Yeah, I don't exactly understand this fight, but I guess it's to keep Vitor busy, plus it's in San Jose, so yeah.
I'm trying to figure out this Middleweight division. We already know that winner of Sonnen/Stann gets a title shot, but then you have Munoz/Leben and Bisping/Mayhem, plus Vitor in there. I wonder what the pairings will be after these fights.

The middleweight division (right behind the heavyweight division) is one of the weakest divisions out there. Yeah, there are a lot of great fighters at 185, but none I would consider ELITE (except Anderson, obviously).

Well, seeing Cung Le finally fight in the UFC should be fun - it's a really tough match-up for him though...

I'd imagine you are 'lolz'-ing at me. Do you not agree that this will be fun? Who cares about ranks and what-not. Like it has already been mentioned, 185 is in heavy traffic right now. Why not one more Wand/Leben style guaranteed explosion? I think it will be really fun. I imagine Cung trying to keep distance with kicks and Vitor doing all he can to blitz through the the fire to sting Cung with a killer hook. I'm excited, I don't care.

Before the Scott Smith fight the majority of posters on this forum said that there fantasy match up for Anderson Silva would be against Cung Le.
he lost to Smith...but rebounded decisively. Don't sell Cung Le short. Vitor is a rollercoaster of a fighter. Such extreme highs in his career followed by extreme lows. I think this will be very competitive. Winner faces Leben after he puts the stamp on Munoz.

I'm looking forward to this fight, but I deff dont think that this should headline a pay per view. I'm having Vitor win this one, but Le is a tough fighter.

Agreed that this fight should not head-line. Oh well, it'll still be fun to watch while it lasts.
Then again, isn't Leben and Munoz the main event before this one? Yikes.

Interesting fight, although I'm not 100% super psyched for it.

Looks like Shogun vs. Hendo will be the co-main event.

Looks like Shogun vs. Hendo will be the co-main event. No way. That is total main event status. I'd rather that main event than Le/Vitor or Bowles/Faber
