Mark Henry has became a true powerhouse on SmackDown and that's good.

He is the most intense your ever going to get. Orton just sucks now that hes a face, no attitude its just boring. Henry is Smackdown's savior! Btw i loved how he said to Teddy as a destroyed a whole bunch of SD rookies ''No one can tell me what to do!''

I've never been much of a fan of Mark Henry... not because he's big and slow, but because he's been a victim of shitty storylines and gotten no attention from the writers. Now he's been built up fantastically, looks like a genuine threat to everyone in the company, and is as entertaining as he's ever been, by a country mile.
And I agree with J12 too, even though I always like Truth, he's finally got more depth to his character, as opposed to just shouting 'What's up!' repeatedly.
Kudos again to WWE this year.

I really hope henry doesn't win the title at NOC, because like I've said before he is HORRIBLE! He's one of the stffest wrestlers I've ever seen and slow in the ring.

It is Henry's time. He is a monster and anything short of getting the World title would kill all that has been built. I'd even compare it to Samoa Joe in TNA. Joe was a red hot monster and should have been built to be champion. Lets hope we dont see WWE make the same mistake.

I also think it's funny that people call Randy Orton boring, but they act like Mark Henry is the most exciting wrestler on the roster.

But I'm also a Henry fan and anything short of giving him a title reign is unnecessary. He's worked his ass of as of late and deserves credit for it.

I think Orton is fantastic and although I get bored of his pointless title reigns, I've always found him entertaining. Mark Henry is entertaining in a different way, he's a believable monster heel again finally. Which goes to show when someone is used correctly, they can be great.

I always see people refer to him as Randy Boreton, but I can name a bunch of other people who are more boring than him. Even some that people on here really like *cough* William Regal *cough*, even though he was good earlier in his career, the last couple of years he's gotten slow in the ring and has gotten pretty boring. Yet, people think Regal should get the title now for how good he was years ago, which is ridiculous.

Not to be the guy that uses the "Look at your sig" attack, but the whole "slow and boring" argument really does not work when you've got a ten years out of his prime, Rey Mysterio all over your profile. Mark Henry has been great in recent months, his match with Sheamus at the last ppv was great and he's in the best shape of his career.

I just cant figure some fans. They moan about too many short title reigns, very few good matches nowadays, how they wanna see they younger guys pushed etc yet they want 40 year old Henry to win?
If he does thats just another short title reign this year. This is why titles dont mean crap anymore. And at 40 years old he's far from a 'young guy." And you know you wont get any good matches out of him no matter who he's facing. Unless slow moving matches with bearhugs, headbutts and big splashes excite you I dont get the love for Henry at all.
Just because he does great promos and "deserves" the title for his 15 years in WWE dont mean anything. If it did Funaki wouldve been World Champion a long time ago. But at least with him you'd get decent matches all the time.

Ok, Rey may not be anywhere near his prime, and yes he has gotten slower, but he's still damn entertaning to watch in the ring and can still put on a better match than Henry, Regal, and even Orton. Do I think Rey needs the title? Hell no. So, just because I'm a Mysterio fan doesn't mean I think he needs the title. I really want WWE to focus on their youth and not there old, and that is not what they ae doing with Mark Henry. Why not give the title to Rhodes, Bryan, DiBiase, or Barrett, but give it to Henry or Regal. Makes no sense really.

I believe that by this time next year he will be a solid main event guy. The same could be said for Bryan, although I see him getting a slower main event push than Rhodes. DiBiase isn't World Championship material, yet. I think with the right push, he could be by the end of next year/early 2013. Barrett is just a lost cause, imo. They had their chance with him when he started Nexus and feuded with Cena. I would love to see Barrett succeed and be a main event threat, because he was my pick to win NXT but it seems like WWE has given up on him. He had the forgettable Intercontinental Championship win, the abortion that was The Corre, and what has he done since all of that stopped? Lose to Cena in 5 minutes on Raw?
