As a kid my friends and I would have federations and we all had jobbers. I used Virgil and Jannetty (rocker) mainly. Once Hogan jumped ship to wcw in real life Hogan became a jobber since I was only a wwf fan and that was the biggest sellout I had ever seen at that time. Dusty Duggan and beefcake lost a lot too. Andre was like undefeatable so I never made him champ cus after all who would beat him?

I hated Hogan as a kid, and only had the bearhug version, so I didn't even use him at all. Rick Rude's figure looked like a jobber, so he was probably one I used. I know I used some of the Galoob WCW figures for jobbers too.

well this is the way it worked for me
new heel wrestlers I bought usually went over Von Erich or Snuka in their intro matches.I remember getting Ludvig Borga and having him hammer Von Erich so badly.......
new Face wrestlers usually went over Jake Roberts,Honky Tonk or Doink.I enjoyed having jake as a heel in my figure fed feuding with Macho-but when he left because of his great playability he was usually the the guy new faces beat.
a memorable intro was Razor Ramon handing him a good beating.

I loved Honky but the dude was a massive jobber. If there was gonna be a viscous beatdown then Honky was at the front of the queue.

I had actual jobbers in my fed because there were knockoffs of the American Gladiators who looked like wrestlers so I used them.
However I had a few named jobbers such as Dusty & Dustin as a tag team who went on a long losing streak and eventually Dustin got jealous and turnt heel and destroyed Dusty ala Bret/Owen and then going on to defeat Randy Savage for the world title

Virgil, Marty Jannetty, Jake Roberts, El Matador, Hulk Hogan, Ultimate Warrior were the face jobbers
Warlord, Skinner, Berzerker were the heel jobbers
Smash would be the curtain jerker to take on any of the new faces he jobbed to the heels and faces as I then planned to elevate him to the next level and have him become a huge star which is when he started teaming with Mr. Perfect

My jobbers were Berzerker, El Matador, Skinner, Honky Tonk and the Hasbro Flair. Used Galoob Flair as the real one lol

Virgil was defunately a jobber, i also had tom zenk galoob as another.
My matches were brutal, the horsemen burned stings face with a cigarette lighter, he never recovered.

i mainly used the Bushwhackers as jobbers. never liked them.
i also had a Rick Rude figure that i painted red and had him as a Bob Backlund figure.
i had a Gorilla Press Slam Hogan that i turned into Iron Mike Sharpe however i liked him so much that i didn't have the heart to job him out.

I love these memories - I think that's what defines Hasbros so much. They gave you hours of play and imagination. I'll always remember scratching away at part of the wrapping paper at Christmas when the presents were under the tree. There was Demolition. That Christmas morning they completley destroyed whichever tag teams were fighting for the gold. I only wish they'd bought more belts out (and Managers, rings, wrestlers etc!)

I only had main event-style matches, so I didn't really have jobbers. However, the faces always won, so if a figure was a heel, it was pretty much a jobber by default.
If I liked a wrestler that had turned heel in real life, they just stayed face. Demolition were always faces, and so were Randy Savage and Jake Roberts. Flair was always a heel - I just couldn't buy him as a face.

Ax and Smash remained the 1# tag team in my fed for ages. They and the Steiners were my number 1s because LOD were in their pads.even as an 11 year old that bugged the crap outta me.LOD never lost though........
