i thought this could be kinda a fun conversation we could have. You guys ever look through your collection and see a certain card and have it bring up a memory that just makes you insanely happy? A few weeks ago I was looking through my relics and I saw my first relic card ever. It was a mat relic with Batista and Paul burchill on it from the heritage IV set. When I got it I had just gotten into wrestling (I hadn’t even watched wrestling intently yet, I had seen it a couple times but wasn’t really into it) but im 7 years old and I see/hear about John Cena. So I decide I want a John Cena card. Well one night 2 of my uncles had to run into target (me my mom Dad sister Grandma and three uncles used to all live together) and I had some money so I asked if I could go cause I wanted to get some wrestling cards. So my parents said it was ok, my uncles said it was ok and I bought like 5 packs of cards and I’m opening them in the back of my uncles truck and literally the third pack of wwe cards I ever open I pull out this relic and I’m looking at it, and can’t figure out what the hell it is, so I’m ing with it and ended up slightly bending the card cause I thought maybe it popped out or something so I’m sitting there and say “uncle ray do you know what this is?” And handed it to him and he looked at it and read it (little 7 year old c-scope wasnt smart enough to do that apparently. Lol) and he told me it had part of the ring mat in it so I instantly thought it was like the coolest card ever. Now I’ve got 1/1s and crazy sh*t like that but I still love that card. I actually bought a second one off eBay about a year ago for a penny just to have but the one I pulled that night will always be special just cause it was my first relic and I got it the first night I bought wrestling cards. Anybody else got any cool stories about one of their cards?

Anybody else got any cool stories about one of their cards? I have one set that fills me with regret. I was young. Probably 15 going on 16 at the time. My brother was 13 going on 14. We had gone down to Daytona Beach to see BATB 2000. Once we got to the city, my family and I heard that there were wrestlers staying at the Adam's Mark hotel. So we changed hotels. My brother and I spent the day in the lobby trying to meet wrestlers. We ended up meeting Goldberg, Bagwell, Keibler, David Flair, Horace Hogan, Spice, Tygress, Konnan, 3 Count, Mike Awesome, Vampiro, Ernest Miller, Fit Finlay, and more. It was also the day my brother swore off wrestling forever. It was the last PPV he and I ever went to because he hated waiting with me in the lobby to meet wrestlers. So, as cool as it was to meet people, it makes me sad thinking that I inadvertantly killed my brother's passion for wrestling. That is part of the reason why I no longer approach wrestlers unless its at an official signing. I also know better at this point than to bother people while they are trying to get things accomplished. They aren't on the clock and should not be bothered. They deserve their privacy.

More on point though. There are three funny stories that go with that above story:
1) Saw Big Poppa Pump enter the lobby and say "Oh F----" when he saw the crowd looking for autos and pics, and ran the other way.
2) At that point, some poindexter was talking to me while waiting in the lobby about Steiner. He was wondering what his problem was. I said I heard he hates interacting with fans. Poindexter goes "is it a work or shoot?" I had never heard either of the terms before so I was kind of looking at him like he was crazy.
3) When taking my photo with Keibler, I went in for the waist hug hold, and accidentally grazed her butt. It was totally an accident and I apologized, but back then it was a cool moment. (Seriously was an accident. I just wanted a pic, and was tryig to be fast. Failed to judge her height correctly.
All these stories make me laugh and smile (although they don't overcome the feeling of what I did to my brother)

The best practice for listing them is to have "digital" in the title, and explain in the item details "buyer must have a Slam digital account in order to receive the card". When they order, they'll message you their username and then send them a trade to deliver the card. I've screencapped the trade offer before and after then accept just to cover my ass in case they claim you never sent. But I've never had a problem before.

Jus twist somebody would offer me like 50 bucks and I’ll be like here. Have some decent cards. Like an Alexa triple sig that averages for 20

Topps Slam Syndicate, for example.

Can anyone help me? I normally only buy my event worn gear from WWE's auction page. However, I stumbled upon a listing on ebay for something I'm interested in. Do those that buy from ebay trust those items? I can link it or PM it to you if you need to see it in order to provide feedback on its trustworthiness.

If you're talking about the Mandy Rose shirt, she tweeted it out, so I'd assume it's probably real.

There's no way to know. All you can do is look at their selling history. Is it impeccable? Are they selling any other worn items? Do they have any proof attached to those items? Have they sold any other worn items recently? Sometimes you just gotta believe. I love buying unauthenticated autographed cards. I look at the sig. I compare it to authenticated sigs. If it looks legit, I choose to believe. If it seems probable, and the price is right, I say go for it. Give that shirt a good home where it can be appreciated.

Anybody here get there cards graded? I’ve always been tempted too but is pretty pricy. I only collect Alexa bliss and bray wyatt cards. Probably have like 30 cards between the two and just thought it be cool to have them graded. But was like looking at psa and they pretty pricy unless you have a membership. So anybody have any experience? Anybody a member and can use your discount? Lol thank you

Lol thank you I thought about it a few times as I have some Relic cards I'd like to get graded and some base first edition Pokémon cards too. But I always can't justify the cost. Plus I fear them getting lost, mangeled, or stolen in the process.

Like others have said, it's taking a risk, but I'd go with your gut. There are a LOT of fake wrestling autographs on eBay, so the more familiar you are with the wrestler you're interested in, the better you can evaluate the autograph, and of course you can show us and we can give our thoughts. I think I've only bought one on-card autograph on eBay wasn't an authentic auto card, and it was from a reliable seller. There are consistent sellers on eBay that you can trust.

And it seems people who grade have the intent of selling later, so they invest the money in grading in order to increase the value. If you plan to keep it, it won't matter if it's graded.
