God damn those New Age Outlaws look incredible. I really wish Mattel would put out figures of them as they are 2 of my most wanted.

Did the heads for the Outlaws need modding? I have those heads stashed away somewhere. Gunns head had a smaller peg hole, dremel in hand and good to go. Roaddie needed nothing! |

I see that people have been asking about Road Dogg and Billy Gunn lately... So I made them, and RVD...AND Samoa Joe. I wanted to show them off  I may post single figure pics tomorrow so perfect! i bought the James Gang 2 pack with plans to make these, mind sharing your recipes for the NAO? |

Thanks to Dean I split the cole torso and put it on RTWM Rock Legs, Jakks Suit and Michael cole arms. I put the triple h head just to show, plan on putting making a JJ Dillon custom. The rock pants took a litttle modding but it holds me over until bret hart comes out with the legs. The other fix up is a Sabu.  |

I wanted to show them off I may post single figure pics tomorrow That is AMAZING. If you ever consider selling it please let me know. A couple fix-ups/customs:   Both were made to be "playable" for my fed. Ryder is not supposed to be an accurate attire, I used B10 and the Elite Ryder to get the boots, kneepads, head and the body is an Elite Dibiase for the base purple color. I did this this way so when Mattel releases an updated Elite Ryder, I will put my other two Zacks back together as I love both of those figures. Kane was an old Basic Kane with an RA/Classic Jakks head. Again, not totally accurate, but a good placeholder for the time being! Loving that bro. |

I can tell you that I had the same idea and got the X-Pac above and the head is probably too big, based on a rough eye test. I haven't swapped it onto a basic body but it looks pretty big. |

Use a 1-2-3 Kid CS head and paint/sculpt on the beard. I think it's the smallest head of all the Jakks X-Pac/Kid figures that they did.

Here is one I did a while back with the CS head.  It's a Santino body and Christian legs, I think. I need another CS X-Pac head, if anyone has for sale. |

I did the modding on photoshop and it looked pretty good
