Can someone tell me how to put basic boots on elite legs. Do I have to carve anything? +1 to whoever helps. If you don't mind losing 1 point of articulation, you can swap the boot and the lower leg. If not, you would have to do a bit of modding on the boot to avoid a gap between the basic boot and elite lower leg. |

i gotta say to everyone who comes in this thread that your all amazing and on a personal note thank you for giving back to me the fire i needed to once again do what i love so much in this world. i stopped making customs for awhile and just lost the passion for it but after seeing all the great works in this thread it made me grab a brush and i havent looked back so again thank you all.

With the shirt / jeans on, the Raven looks pretty good. Without them, his head looks too big.

I have a few questions if anybody would be kind enough to help me out.
Can I get a photo of how any of the RA Sabu heads (other than CS) looks on E10 Del Rio? I'm trying to see how closely the skin tone matches for a head switch.
Also, I could use the same for RA Tazz heads on E12 Papa Shango? I saw Shango today at Target and thought he'd make great for a Tazz custom.

hey guys im looking for some simple fix up ideas for the following. basically just a head swap if at all possible. i only use elites so it can just be someone who has a basic figure but not an elite yet.
1. brian pillman elite
2. ricky steamboat elite
ive seen ppl do benoit head swap on both of these figures and a heat slater on the pillman. any other things i could try?

Just wanted to share my first customs... I made him because i have some parts laying around and thought of making him to have a great and scary heel, still not finished need to put some black wrist tape on him  I think he is in the right scale  And my Crippler, it is still not finished I still need to paint the Crippler logo on the back of his tights and i need to change his forearm for a longer black forearm tape or I would just paint it... Please bare with my lack of talent as this was my first take on a custom and hand painted all the logos on his tights...  TOOTHLESS Aggression    He is in scale because Benoit is 5'11 right?... And Eddie is 5'8... I read that on wiki...  |

I've been meaning to do this one for a while. One of my all time favorites that will probably never see an elite version.   A little tall but not enough to bother me. I think he was billed at 5'10" or 5'11".  Another one of my faves in elite form.  |

i remember hearing from another member here that all fabric clothing should be washed in a gentle cycle inside out. it will wash away the excess dyes to prevent this from happening. i don't know if it works for sure but it sounds right. i got a small washable net from walmart when my son was born to put all his baby socks together so they wouln't get lost. this would probably be perfect for washing the figure clothing too. I did that once and it took off all the logos. I would hand wash hang dry, that's what I do. |

Kinda like everyone has been doing but with different colors. I'm going with red and black. BTW that Benoit is pretty sweet. The tights are great. You should just fix the hair. Seems a bit too gray. Try going with more of a brown color. |

Just sealed my resurrected Kane. He's a bit shiny but that's mostly because he hasn't quite dried yet. My phone couldn't get a clear picture from the flame side, but if anyone wants to see a pic, I can try and get one in the morning.  |

What do you guys use to remove paint? I have been using nail polish remover with acetone, but it takes forever and I can't get a completely clean surface.
