Nothing really special as this fix up has been done before.. just put some decals on punk (thanks The Champ is Here), added his wrist tape w/ black X's, and the sides of his trunks are a work in progress. I'm thinking about painting his kickpads white as well, trying to make this fig as accurate as I can to MiTB.   |

some wip's konnan is just a throw together from some basic parts i had around and a modded wcw head from back in the day. still have stuff to finish on him then he'll be done but doubt anyone would want this one so it'll go with my collection i guess.   these 2 are almost done really i just need to add acouple more things then they'll be up for sale.  |

So I split my first torsos tonight, the elite one split perfectly...and came back together well, but now the ab joint is loose...not overtly. And I can live with it, but is there a way to fix it? I f'ed up splitting the basic torso though. I was switching out shoulder between summer slam edge and my elite edge, I got the summer slam to do a head swap, and when I opened the elite, his shoulder tat was messed up, so I witches it out. |

I really think it was put back in right...but I dunno If you have a hot glue gun (or your parents or whatever), shoot some glue into the joint and then keep moving it back and forth while it dries. That way, it will be a little tighter in there without gluing it in place. |

WOO! Planning on making a white trunk elite rhodes, so I put my Rhodes in boiling water as usual, but when I removed the arms, then pulled the head back the torso split without me having to use a screwdriver or anything  Perfect crack as well ;D! |

I picked up a tin of Goof Off and it worked wonders! The only downside is that is leaves the torso and pelvis areas shiny since those are a different plastic from the rest of the figure. Is there any way to dull those areas up to match the original paint?
A question about how you use it - do you pour some into a cup and then dip your q-tip into that cup or do you splash some on a q-tip as you go along? It seems to dry almost instantly upon touching air, so I'm curious how the cup technique would work.

Are you an Okie? I see the Yard Dawgs in the background.. man i miss them Yup, sure am, I live in OKC. I miss the Yard Dawgs too, our team always sucked, but it was fun going to the games. I had a friend who had front row seats. So we occasionally got to talk to players from opposing teams. My nearest Walmart has mostly Alberto Del Rio's, Wade Barrett's, Rick Martel's, and Rey Mysterio's. I was lucky to find a CM Punk Elite 11 at Walmart, on a island in the the grocery department back around Christmas time. That was my first Mattel, then I got a Legends 5 Macho Man at the Toys R Us that is near Quail Springs Mall. Then once I had that I had to order The Macho King from Ringside Collectibles...and so on and so forth. When I was kid I had a bunch more Hasbro's and all the WCW Galoob figures. Macho Man has always been my favorite, so I kept his Hasbro's. I still need to get Macho Man's Defining Moments figure. Why is Natalya wearing a Sooners jersey? Are you bummed about not having wrestling coming to town anymore, thanks to the UFC and The Oklahoma State Athletic Commission? |

Did a little work today.  Brodus Clay's singlet is not as bright as would have liked, but unless you're working with white fabric, it's hard to get really bright colors. Maybe Brodus went to Harvard... I may still do more work on his boots and torso tattoos, but I want to make sure he remains playable.  CM Punk is a swap I've wanted to do for some time, but I didn't buy the All Star 2-pack the first go around. I snapped up a set as soon as I saw them last week. |

 First attempt at a torso swap. The elite was a piece of cake, basic not so easy but I didn't care since I wouldn't need it.  Obviously I swapped the arms as well. |
