I guess to me the big issue is definition. The arms they gave the DM Sting are totally wrong there... those are only really suitable for guys like Batista and the Ultimate Warrior... I don't like them much on Savage either. JMO

n2jib: nope, wasn't me dude. I've been wanting to make a Taker with the hair in his face but haven't gotten around to it yet.

I don't understand this urge to change the Sting arms, I think the ones Mattel chose are fine. Sting's arms weren't that big when re-debuted, now 99' and on yeah you could say a change would be needed, but Bill did that with the new basic. The Sting basic has the same arms as the DM.

I thought they were bigger for some reason. Ah well, still though I see no problem with the DM arm mold.

Can anyone help me with a Summer Slam 2002 HBK? Had it all planned out (HBK WM31 Basic Head, E36 Ambrose body, HOF Hogan boots) But what lower leg will connect the Ambrose body to the Hogan boots? Shield and Bushwacker pants don't work because the peg is part of the boot which hogan boots? HOF. Cowboy boots like HBK wore, just need to be painted brown

Does DH Smith have the same skintone as Sting? It's definitely close. I think he's a little more pink though.

HOF. Cowboy boots like HBK wore, just need to be painted brown why not just take the bottom of the boot and put it on the bottom of the ambrose boots? I think that ambrose has the longer jean mold.

Thanks, those are still pretty big though if you look at Sting. I'm looking more for the E19 HBK-sized arms. Stings arms are bigger than HBKs. Just not ripped and defined. Back me up PJThis! Sting's arms were huge when he came back - just not ripped!

Some simple stuff here. But since I finally found Elite 36 I threw these together. Since I finally got Stardust and I already had the Sinister cape, I had to try this. I know its not 100% accurate, but I just wanted to see how it looked. I hope we get an Elite Stardust with his Sinister cape. Next up is my Elite conversion of my SummerSlam 2002 HBK and my post retirement HBK. I had made a basic Summerslam 2002 HBK out of Sig Series Ambrose, but when I got Elite 36 Ambrose I decided to upgrade Shawn to an Elite and put the Ambrose head and hoodie on the Sig series body. And since its SummerSlam weekend how about a few action shots of the SummerSlam 2002 Shawn....... Also I know this isn't Mattel but while digging through some figures I found what was probably my first ever fix up and thought I would share. I made a Wolverine for my GI Joes using an Alley Viper and adding some Ninja Force claws to him. Who knew when I did this small fix up that years later I would enjoy figure fix ups and customizing so much. Thanks for looking.

It's funny that everyone is discussing Sting's arms, because I just popped in to say I swapped Sting's arms with Miz's and gave him Mysterio's gloved hands. The best part of the arm swap is that he has a wider tame of movement without those huge bulges getting in the way.

Sting always had big-ish arms, but he was never as ripped as Triple H or Lex Luger.

I believe basic series 55 on Ringside. Same arms as the DM. Same head as DM just repainted. Singlet attire

So i got another wm31 taker and put my basic purple taker fixup on it. and added two baf bret hart hair on the other one. Love this, what did you do cut 2 Hart whigs or just shove them on side by side? This is the Undertaker I want. I was considering using Warrior Legends hair (IC title version) but wasn't sure that'd work out.

Sting always had big-ish arms, but he was never as ripped as Triple H or Lex Luger. Agree, I think the e30 hawks arms look the best. They're not small but not as chiseled as the HHH arms. Hopefully, they fix them on future releases or just make a new arm mold.
