Wish I knew about dye when I was big into customizing. Looks great mase . Yeah I wish I learned about it years ago but it's really the only thing keeping my interest in Mattel Will try a blue jyd and 2005 hogan |

What is the best jeff hardy head to us for an elite I don't like the r3 tech scan will a ttl head work anybody got any ideas actually the very first TTL head if you could get your hands on it is pretty well in-scale. What exactly is the process when it comes to successfully applying dye to a future? You can really only dye a figure a darker color than it is (so like, making the skin tone darker or making the legs black). It involves boiling water & dye and just seemed more complicated than paint to me. It's described in detail about 10 pages back or so by a guy that used it on some Diva customs (?) if memory served. As far as dying the future, I can't help you. Time is linear, etc. |

Decided I try dyeing JYD red and it came out pretty good  Did you repaint the right logos? How were they not dyed over? |

When you dye anything that is left on (ie: writing on trunks, logos, etc.) gets dyed the color and is slightly visible. So when I had to trace over the words it was not difficult. |

With some help from my dad, I got my Authentic Scale Ring painted as a Labor Day Weekend project. I will try and attach the Classic Cage at some point but I think I need to let the paint set and stuff for a week to a month. I just kind of enjoy it for just being a Classic 80's and early 90's ring. It works well with all the Legends and Flashbacks I have. Here are some pictures.    Here is the paint and sealer I bought that me and my dad used. Its Krylon Supermaxx True Blue Gloss and Krylone Matte Finish     |

 Hollywood WIP Edit: Cleaned it up a bit. Not sure if my camera is picking up the blue details in the lightning or not. I'm also going to be changing the beard color to a more brownish tone.  |
