Sweet Sting PJ! Simple, but very effective. It doesn't even need the pads, looks great as is.

Thanks to Dean I had to go to TRU and pick up another of the Bushwackers set, because I couldn't get that Sting he's working on out of my head. Here's what I did so far.. So for now I used the Bushwackers torso, Hawk's lower body, a Toy Biz "Grip & Flip" Sting head & a Toy Biz TNA Sting's gloves. I am not even going to try my hand at the pads, because I tried that before with a Jakks Sting and failed big time. Plus I wouldn't see them when he's displayed on the shelf anyway. If I do anything else it would be the giving him the larger BoPPV Hitman armas & shoulders along with McIntyre's boots. But that is only if decide to get a E16 Slater so I can add those calves with Drew's (or a pair of TB Sitng boots) to the figure...but seeing I am not a fan of Slater and don't want the figure I'm not sure if I want to spend another $16 for a pair of calves to finish this.    The Bushwacker torso works a lot better than the Mr. perfect one. Something not right about the head though, but the painting & parts used are good. |

I love that Sting. Would a ToyBiz TNA Sting head work normal or would I have to mod it. Also, how did you do the designs? Decals or paint?

You'd still have to modify it. I think only the last TNA Sting had a head that the neck wasn't part of the head mold. I'd have to look at it again, but I think it is too small. As for the logos I painted them. First I painted the general shape of the scorpions in white...then I cleaned it up & detailed it with black

I have all kinds of art brushes and even brushes to paint designs on nails. Nothing seems to hold the paint well enough to paint details. |

Nice fix ups man! the purple and black looked nice, the colors looked good together. The shirts looked nice too, the print on the shirts looked good too.

those ones in black look great but the purple ones the shades of the tights and legs are different still amazing though i didnt notice till i just lookd at the picture how much the hogan shintone was off i hate this response but it really looks better in person wich is probably the case with those purple rockers too anyways here is my finished mega powers  |

Nice Mega Powers. I like that torso the best for Hogan but I went with a Texas Tornado. I didn't have to do any painting and the skintones match up better. Also, on the Bulldog torso, the shoulders are too big for the torso and the arms don't move well. With the Tornado torso, you get those sized shoulders but they move fine.
