Here's a little fixup I did today. I'm terrible with painting, but with the US title and vest on, the mistakes aren't noticible. *EDIT* I also threw some random parts together and made the guy in the middleof the picture below. He's about a half-head taller than Cena, and the top of his head reaches Big Show's mouth; so I'd guess he's around 6'7" Just wondering if anybody could think of a name/gimmick for this guy :

How do you shrink heads? And if you do will it affect the paint? Thanks Here is one of Warsman's tutorial: First you need a witch doctor... OK, seriously, you need to be able to mold and cast your own parts. I use a silicone rubber molding compound called DragonSkin Q. The set time is only 10 minutes, then you can begin casting parts. DragonSkin Q (or 10 or whatever it's called now) can be ordered at "the Compleat Sculptor" The shrinking compound is called HydroSpan 400. Check it out here: www.industrialpolymers.com/category/product-list/hydrospan-400-shrinking-resin/ You must order through that company. My best suggestion is to just jump in and try it out. I knew very little about molding and casting when I started, but through MUCH trial and error (and $$$) I cracked the code and figured it out. You can too. Wars The 2 in the middle are LJN sized heads I shrunk down to Jakks size...

I've discussed it other times as well. I hot glue the heads upside down in the little cups. Keeps them sturdy and yet when it's time to retrieve the head, it's still useable and unmarked. I pour the mold compound (Dragonskin Q is what they used to call it, I think you can still find it under that name). I highly recommend the stuff for a reason. It's great. After the mold is set (I wait at least 2 hours) then you can start having fun. The shrinking resin is expensive. I think the last quart I bought of the stuff was about $100. Once you mix the stuff with ice cold water, you have a minute of working time with it, usually less since since you're using such small amounts. It sets up into something with the consistency of boiled egg whites. Very brittle squishy stuff. From there, you just gotta wait until it shrinks to the size you want/can use. I'm sure there's some mathematical formula for parts water to shrink ratio (in fact, I know there is) but I just eyeball it and usually stick with 1 part solution and 2 parts water. That's just me though. During the shrinking, you should have the head lying flat on the back of the head. If it's laying on it's side, the water inside evaporates on the topside quicker, leaving you with a lopsided looking head. I usually try to move it around every few hours, face up, face down, and then I put it on a figure's neck and watch until it seems about right. Then you have to recast it again so you can pour casting in resin. But that's only if you have a perfect shrink mold, otherwise you need to make a resin cast and fix any bubbles/pockmarks on the figure with Magic Sculpt or Epoxy Sculpt and then recast it again. Like I'm having to do with both Jimmy Hart and Slick up there... If you have time, patience and dinero, you too can shrink and cast your own heads! ;D Wars

But, Dean is much shorter. I can't think of any names, so u could always make the dude a jobber.

E-bay it before the actual one comes out. I was thinking of making one as well, but since an official one is coming, I changed my mind.
