Well considering Sid seemed to be sitting in the box more than he was on the ice...yeah...that makes it a pretty rough game. Haha.

That's unbelievable. Yzerman needs to get a goalie and some defense now. Get Schneider, get Bernier, I don't care. And get another D-men. But honestly what we have now isn't gonna lead us to anything.

Yeah, Sid was in for about twelve minutes total. It just seemed like every time he touched the ice, he was thrown into the box for one reason or another.

Not trying to be a smartass but that is actually surprising They rarely ever toss him in there. Boston/Detroit tomorrow. Hopefully Detroit can play like they did last year against them.

Crosby's actually in the box a lot more than you'd think, mostly for interference (which let's face it, it's the cheapest and most overcalled penalty in hockey).

I dont know about that, but its probably the most marginal call you can make. As for Crosby, every game I watch with him in it I barely see him in the box for anything. Its probably gonna differ because you watch way more Pens games then me. But the only time I saw him in the box that I can remember was Game 5 in 2009 for slashing Zetterberg

Well normally he's in the box every couple of games or so...but it's been a year since he's played, and he was just in the box like six times against the Blues so...that average is skewed a little bit. Haha.

Fear the 'Stache!
Finally a good forecheck, something I'm not usually used to seeing. Not to mention I think Bob has been making a great case for starting more games. Couturier played a hell of a game too despite not getting any points.

Well that was a pretty good way to end this current home stand. Crosby tacked on three more assists tonight...good stuff. But now the Pens have a brutal four game road stretch ahead of them with the Habs, Caps, Rangers and Hurricanes. That should be interesting.

Good win for the Rangers. We always seem to have the Capitals number in the regular season. Bring on Philly!

All in all, it'll be a typical Philly/New York brawl of game. Good Luck.

Glad to see the Oilers broke their curse of playing on the road in Minnesota

Ah, that's why I didn't miss Crosby. This shows him as a coward and a hypocrite.

Ah, that's why I didn't miss Crosby. This shows him as a coward and a hypocrite. At least he got a penalty for it, but I do agree thats a stupid thing for Crosby to do. Theres that and the dive from his return game already Detroit plays Nashville tonight, hopefully we can keep winning. Nashvilles a tough team though

You guys act like no one dives. Every player's guilty of it now and again.
